New Years "resolution "

The bloat should be easily controlled. I'm running it now and getting none whatsoever on it. Just make sure you stay hydrated enough and eat enough potassium rich foods and it will take care of itself

I wish I could say I didn't bloat from 677 because it's such awesome stuff on paper. I've eating a banana with my first 2 meals every day. I also drink a gallon of spring or distilled water plus a 1.5l of Evian everyday. I also added Solaray potassium supp. But it didn't help.

I thought it might be from the cortisone shot the doc put in my knee, but the bloat stopped as soon as I skipped one day of mk677.
I tried dosing at night which DID help with the bloat....but that's not when it's supposed to be taken. Definitely deeper sleep....fall asleep faster with it.
 
I've been taking mk677 for about 6 weeks now and I can't get the bloat under control so I may drop it . I wanna run this starting in January.

IM 40 ....around 190lbs. Been lifting since I'm a wee lad. I have a "coach" that writes diets and measures my BF .

Ive run the PE super stack with androgel . I should be on an injectable TRT as my natural levels are low but my junk still functions just fine SO ...I'm just not ready for a TRT commitment just yet. Getting bloods this week.

I'm looking for more strength and beef up lagging body parts such as biceps/delts/forearms out of this cycle. Also some joint relief.

DO I HAVE TOO MANY COMPOUNDS GOING AT ONCE? Can I add Tbol to the end of this? Thank you.

if this is your first cycle then deca needs to go brother... i understand you want it for joint lubrication but not on a first cycle... thats a very bad decision to follow through with... you also do not need 500 mg of test... that's a crock of shit... i would start at 350 and go from there... you never need to start or run 500 mg and too many people pass that bro science onward... trust me, you don't need that much... if your going to use tbol, use it on the front end, not the back end... let me set this up for you to coincide with your goals properly.. also, keep in mind that potassium supplements don't give you jack shit in terms of daily intake of potassium and one banana every day will definitely not do the trick.. its a sodium/potassium ratio you must follow anytime hgh or hgh release and activation occurs... it needs to coincide... my guess is your values and totals are way off... there are plenty of other sources of potassium than just a banana as well.. you need to implement more... the reason bloating went down with a lower dose is because your ratios are off brother... i pretty much guarantee it...
