i have no clue what you are talking about dude... those are weeks listed which clearly shows how to run them properly.. the pct is weeks 13, 14, 15, 16 so you need to check your math... same with dga post ct.. weeks 9,10,11,12... FOUR WEEKS, NOT THREE
