Hey guys, I am planning my first cycle and was hoping to get some feedback.
23, male
5' 8" 180lbs
Probably around 13-14% body fat
I have never taken anything beyond preworkout, amino acids/BCAAs, and protein powders.
I have done my research and this is the cycle I've put together in my head.
Goal: Recomp, build muscle + lose fat
Week 1-8: Ostarine 25mg
Week 1-8: Cardarine 20mg
Week 9-12: HCGenerate
Was also thinking of throwing N2Guard in weeks 9-12, but I don't know how necessary that would be.
Will probably purchase sarms from sarms1,
And the PCT supplements from the needtobuildmuscle website.
Please let me know what you think, if anything should be tweaked or added, or removed.
