I will start my first LGD4033 cycle. i usually mix pre-workout creatine and beta alanine together
15 to 30 mins before workout my question can i mix LGD4033 with those supplements and take i before workout?

you do not mix lgd with anything... you take it straight down... you can use the other things along side of it but DO NOT mix them all in one glass

You can't take them at the same time but please do not mix the LGD with anything. Take your dose straight,mind them you can chase it afterwards with whatever you want
