I have been a quadriplegic for over 30 years and now in my mid 50s , I have done alot of things to stay in shape over the years but have not strength trained in 20 years, i am in the process of putting my universal gym together and looking for some advice on supplements or steroids to help me build some strength up rather quickly, I have had my blood work done recently and everything is in the normal range including testosterone. The only thing I have ever used is work out kits from places like gnc, looking for something stronger to build strength and not alot of size building some muscle in my arms and should would be good but mass would make it harder to get around long term, as I have always tried to keep my weight down, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Start your research with Dylan Gemelli on YouTube mate has a wealth OFF info that's how I figured out what's right fir me and dosing correctly that is key. SR 9019 and GW 50156 will drop weight but diet and output is important as well. Get on you tube and stat learning from Dylan hours and hours off info peace

thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals?????????? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…

If you haven't strength trained in 20 years, it's a bit premature to be looking to any type of PED for assistance. You need to have consistent training for a good a,unit of time before ever going that route. You are getting ahead of yourself when right now you just need to concentrate on the basics, and building a proper natural base
