As the titles say how many fruit or vegetables servings are you guys trying to aim a day and what is the bare minimum? Fruit and vegetables are expensive as hell here in denmark...

i eat 7-8 servings of vegetables per day and 2-3 servings of fruit... i do one serving of my fruit as dried apricots for potassium and another serving of raisins for potassium and other nutrients i need, like carbs, then i generally go with strawberries or papaya in my greek yogurt... mainly strawberries which have strong fat burning properties

What i like about strawberries is the volume you get for the calories. Say you were to eat a 120 calorie banana, if you were to eat 120 calories of strawberries it would be about 3x the volume of food...perfect for cutting when trying to maximize volume for your calorie intake.

I have been doing fresh frozen blueberries in my greek yogurt. The blueberries do not freeze rock hard and when mixed with the yogurt, have a frozen texture similar to ice cream. Usually mix a no sugar, fruity drink packet like pineapple in with it....delicious.
