I have done 3 cycles of pro hormone(fuck that) and 3 cycles of test by itself in my life and I love test. Works good makes me feel good and motivates me, but I would like to see more results. A buddy of mine recommended test and tren. So I went ahead and picked some up and looking for some advice. I watched Dylan's video on YouTube and I have a good idea of how to run the cycle and what to run with it, but I just don't know the doseing on any of the cardio stuff or the caber or the aromasin.
So basically the plan is to run 300mg of tren/week and 400mg of test.
My question is what dosages to run on the following items to be as safe as possible because I do have a problem with gyno and that's no fun.
1.Dostinex(Caber) dosage(and where to buy)?
2.hawthorne berries/COQ10 dosage?
3.GW501506 dosage? (And where to buy)
4. Aromasin dosage during cycle dosage? (And the best place to buy)
5. Also the best combo for PCT and when to start the pct and how long to do it for?

Any input would be appreciated!

I think it's probably too early to be jumping on Tren. What is your full stats, goals, and experience?

Weight 195lbs
Body fat 15%
Years of training: 15years (dad was a body builder and had a gym)

Complete cycle history
1. 60 day cycle of anadrol extreme which was a pro hormone that was banned for having tren in it (17 years old) (pct was over the counter pct from health food store[did nothing for me])
2. 60 day cycle of anadrol extreme (6 months after first cycle)(different over the counter pct and did nothing once again)
3. took time of then at 19 did a 45 day cycle of monsterplex prohormone(don't know the compound)(took tamoxofine (nolvadex) [experimented with pct]
4. at 21 i did my first cycle of testE 250 (did a 12 week cycle of 250mg 1x/week (took nolvadex post cycle and i think letrozole drops every now and then while on cycle(maybe once a week))
5. at late 22 i did a cycle of testE 250 (did 20 week cycle [pyramid] started with 250 mg for first 4 weeks then up to 375mg for the next 2 weeks then up to 500 mg for the next 4 weeks then back downing the opposite directing for the remaining 10 weeks)(did the same pct as before)

I still struggle with gyno. had them cut out at 20 and aren't as bad but have came back a tad bit. any advice in this department would be much appreciated.

Goals: I would like to either stay at my same weight but tone up or even get back down to 175-185 ripped

Supplements:
opti nutruition gold standard whey (at breakfast and post work out)
any pre work out(usually use c4)

Diet:
My diet sucks. i am on the road a lot and need to start prepping. mostly grab something quick and cheap because I'm in and out of appointments all day long. I usually only eat twice a day. Ill have coffee with coconut oil in the morning (7-8:30am) and then grab a quick lunch (contains nothing healthy lol) when i can around 1. get home at 6-7pm and have a snack and have dinner around 8-8:30 usually grilled chicken, pork chop's, baked wings, spaghetti, just normal stuff wives make.

surgeries/injuries:
the only recent hindering injuries are really my hamstrings and my left wrist
hurt my wrist on the job at 21 and had pins placed of 3 months in a full arm cast. its really never been the same.
pulled both hammy's multiple times in high school and college playing running back.

**I will not start cycle until i can get on a good diet plan and also find time to get back on a good work out schedule for a couple of months. I am in and out right now and need to get back to my 5 day a week gym week and allow time for cardio as well.***
 
noone here is going to advise any such steroid use at 24 years old... im sorry but we don't put people in harms way.. im sure there are plenty of assholes who could care less about you and your health elsewhere that will advise it but we don't behave like animals who could care less here... we take care of each other and everyone that comes here...
