No picture. It's just not that interesting. You know it. I know it. We know it. Please help 44 with his chicken breast recipes, I'm getting tired of that dudes cooking.

I go back and fourth from seasoning salt with garlic and paprika, to sometimes having some cucumber sauce drizzled on it. Not to sound like a panzy, but you can find some pretty dank recipes on Pinterest.
 
Man I some chicken breasts battered in some bread crumbs and bojangles seasoning..that Shit was truth! Idk if you know what bojangles is? They might be in texas
 
It's not the seasonings so much it's more along the lines of how it is cooked.
Have to mix it up
Baked
Stir Fried
Grilled
Sautéed
Blackened
 
Lately I been cooking my chicken on the grill. Rub on some olive oil and keep it simple with some salt and garlic. I usually cycle between the crockpot and baking. Switching up the method definitely impacts taste.
 
I like to make some teriyaki marinade (Worcestershire sauce, light soy sauce, water, fresh ginger and garlic, a little bit of lime, brown sugar and olive oil) and marinade for a day. Sometimes I stir fry it with veggies, but typically I cook it in a crockpot or pressure cooker.

Yeah wtf... my diet is so depressing at times lol. I snack on bananas for sweets usually, or fucking oatmeal. Wow.

Get some chicken breast and trim the fat, slice them into small "cubes"

Spray a skillet with Pam, turn the burner on the stove to high
In a BIG bowl or Tupperware dish add
The chicken
Ginger (I get a squeeze bottle of ginger)
Low Sodium Soy
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
White Pepper
Mix until evenly coated

Skillet is now hot, add the chicken
Keep it moving with a fork until cooked

I just made about 4-5 days worth of this a few minutes ago. When you eat it you can hit it with some more low sodium soy or maybe siracha.

You'll thank me later.

if you do steak, turn the frying pan on extra high then pan sear that shit for 1-2 minute each side then bake it, bomb !

Man when I want some sweets I eat oatmeal with a couple tablespoons of P-nut butter and some Splenda, it's really good.

Bojangles seasoning??? I fucking love Bojangles but live in MI so never get to have it unless I visit my brother in NC

Is that a down South thing? The uppity grocery store (that has everything and I love going there despite they're way more expensive) has a section of spices that are from all over, they might have this. I'll check. I've vaguely heard the term Bojangles, but can't put a finger on where. I'm a big fan of Rufus Teague's line of seasoning and beer can chicken seasoning despite my never buying beer, or whole chickens to do it properly... meh.

Stir fry chicken/onions/mushrooms and cheese with frank's redhot on toasted onion roll…side od sweet/hot pickles….;)
