Was wondering how much difference GW effects your cardio whether you take it an hour before training or just in general during the day (if it does make a difference)
it is going to have a drastic improvement either way but the most optimal time to take it is 30 minutes prior to your workout however, as i said, the impact will be extremely drastic either way

I don't notice a big difference, because gw does have like a 24 hour hakf life. However I do notice a bit more clean energy boost if I do it preworkout. Either way it won't be a huge difference
