I just signed up. Love the information here. Everyone seems to really know there stuff. Please give me your thoughts and recommendations. I am 39 years old. I started lifting back in the early 90's so I'm in pretty good shape just a little high in my body fat percentage. It is a pretty accurate reading though. A lot of people seem to think I have a higher body fat percentage and I can understand why but I don't.
Current stats: 11.8 % Body Fat | 226 lbs | 5 ' 11 | Calories ~2100 daily ~40% protein ; ~40% carbs ; ~20% fats
So I have started dieting down and my main goal is to hit somewhere around 7 to 8 percent but retain as much lean mass as possible, obviously. Does anyone have any recommendations for what they would cycle with if they were getting back into taking anabolics. Although I did use them many years ago, I never stacked and took moderate to low dosages--A lot less information available in 2001 so I didn't know what the hell I was doing. I still had massive gains. As far as my history in regards to anabolics goes I have cycled Deca, Dianabol, and Testosterone Cypionate--that is it. The last cycle was in 2010 and before that was 2001 and 2002. Hopefully I have given enough information....If there are any questions please ask away otherwise I am open to any suggestions including cycle duration, PCT, estrogen blockers, Proviron, etc. Also, I am single and sexually active and I would definitely like to keep things that way. Is there anything I should stack while running test? I plan on using clomid following the cycle. I have also heard from several sources that Proviron works great when stacking with test. It is also works very well for libido but I haven't tried obviously so I don't know. My main goal for this cycle is to retain as much lean body mass as possible while I continue to cut down. The last time I tried cutting down to 7 to 8 percent, I did it naturally and I lost probably 35 pounds in the process including a lot of muscle mass--I was all natural. So my main goal is to keep as much muscle as possible at 226 lbs without having diet down to 190. Any suggestions?
