Hey all, just needed some help forming the proper way of doing this. Doing a show in July, I'm currently bulking. Sitting at 190lbs 12% BF. After my S4/LGD stack and pct I lost a bit of muscle but mainly because my time in the gym fell off a bit.
Been back killing it again. I'm currently thinking of jumping up to 4K calories a day. And 4200 on leg / back days.
I want to keep this bulk lean as possible.
Would running SR9009 for 8-12 weeks be beneficial in keeping this bulk lean and allowing me to eat higher calories ?
Then I would follow up with 16 weeks of GW into and past my show a bit. Would there be problems in doing this ? or would it be best to run them both together 4-6 weeks at end of bulk and then the other 12-10 weeks during my cut ? Thanks in advance!
