Not sure if y'all familiar with the in body body composition machine. Most Max Muscle stores have them.

Wasn't too mad about my stats. 220lbs 6.4%bf. This is what I use as a baseline. One can argue how accurate it is, this is just what I use.
Still trying to grow these muscles.

Yea it's called in body like on the paper. Look it up its a 10k piece of equipment. Its pretty nice. I use it on all my clients. Look it up its really nice. If you have a max muscle store in your city they should have one.

Guys I've said in the past, there's soo many different tools you can use to get body fat. The cheap lil handheld Omron in la fitness, or skin calipers or these. You just pick one and use it as a baseline. I don't care what the bf% reads I look at body fat mass lean body mass, weight of each leg and arm etc. Check the link out If there is a better machine you have access to, then so be it. This is what I use. When I do it again next month with the same variables I can track changes. I like the water weight numbers and visceral fat

The results wouldn't load on my phone, so idk how recently they were done, but I've seen this guy at sub 7% for sure. Maybe not in the pictures in this thread, but within the last couple months, he's been stage ready in physique class. I remember seeing some pretty decent shots recently.

i think hes in excellent condition... looks absolutely great, there's no doubt on that whatsoever... thats not even questionable... ive always said that about him...

Thanks. I still have ways to go. I hate being a numbers guy but I don't like the 220. I want 215 while keeping the 206 lean if possible or accurate.

Yeah brother you look great, if those are recent pics, I'd say you're around 9-10% at the most. We have almost identical stats, I'm 5'11" and usually hold about 230 and 9% ish. At like 7% you see a HUGE drying out effect and start seeing that "bodybuilder" look and anything lower starts looking crazy shredded at our height/weight.

I do agree with your method of sticking with one test method though, it keeps you accurate on changes you make personally, I just think the 6% range is a bit low for what I see in those pictures

We're always our own worst critic. You're size and symmetry are on point for off season. 6.4%? Who knows, really who cares? Mirror is all you need bossman.

You're building a tremendous package for Classic Physique.

You look great bro! Very nice aesthetics. I look for you to do well in the classic physique class

I agree, stay with one method for accuracy sake. I was thinking 10% in the pics and I was curious as to what machine might have said he was sub 7% because I've been at 7% way back in my prime and as you stated it's a dry grainy, serrated look where everything pops out at you and whomever sees you. Undoubtedly he has a very competitive build for a physique guy.
