Vitamins question

I was on a really good track for a while and the last few months I've had to spend more time taking care of a sick family member then myself. I've noticed being more tired and drained as well as some body aches I've never noticed before lol. This has been happening both before and after working out which I'm sure is a combination of being older than I used to be as well as my nutrition not being as good as it was when I was more dedicated. I've never been one for taking my vitamins so I've been looking at some things but I don't want to haft to take 100 pills a day to achieve what it is I'm wanting. I'd like to have 1 maybe 2 things to take to add to a daily routine to aid me in getting things back on track. I'm 6'4 240 and I'm not sure on bf% right now but judging from past experience I'd hafta say 17% give or take. I'd like to improve that but it's hard for me to say exactly what the perfect stats for my height and build would be. I do know the best I've ever felt health wise was when I weighed around 230 and had a lot less body fat on me but then again I was only 23 lol. Any help you guys can give me will be appreciated.

Not lately. Last time I had that done with my Dr I ended up getting a huge bill that my insurance didn't pay for. I did have normal blood work done for my yearly check up and everything came back normal. Now that you mention it though does anyone have advice on testing levels and things from a more economic stand point?

You can get blood work done for around $50. That is definitely where I would start so you can see where you are at

Not at my Dr I can't. I'm assuming you mean checking T levels. So where do I need to go

Go to privatemdlabs.com and order your own bloodwork. You don't need a doctor. Order the female hormone panel which will cover the testing you need. Don't let the female part throw you off. It covers exactly the testing you need and the test is like 50$

You set an appointment and go to your nearest local labcorp and have bloods drawn, and get results over email usually within 48 hours

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

So I order the labs online and then go to the local labcorp to get the blood drawn and they send test it? Sorry guys I'm just new to this type of stuff. No idea what I'm even looking at outside of the normal DR visit

Yep you order the lab test you want online. Make sure you check that your a male. Fill out the information, when it ask about insurance just check "self pay". Choose a Labcorp location convenient to you. They will email you a Lab requisition document. Print it out. Go to Labcorp website and schedule an appointment at the same location you chose. Take the lab requisition form with you and that's it. They draw your blood and will email you when the results are ready. You go to the PrivateMD labs site and will be able to view your labs yourself. This takes the doctor/insurance out of the picture. It is so easy.

Thanks Dylan I appreciate it. Y'all always give me good info. Also Dylan can you point me in the direction of a good multi vitamin?
