Background...
Im 51, have lifted for 30 years, about 6'2" and 230, obvious that I workout,
ect. I recently got into AAS and did my first cylce back at the start of
2016 - did 250mg a week(one injection) of Test Enanthate and jumped it for 4
weeks with Dbol(25mg a day).... Did 10 weeks. Gained about 15 pounds, up
to around 245 at the highest, felt awesome, did PCT, boys perked up, no
issues. I have everything on hand in case of estrogen issues and had to
take some Adex whilst on the dbol. Lost all the weight within maybe 6-8
weeks...
Finished up my 2nd cycle of 10 weeks with 500mg of Test E and jumped it with
50mg of A50(liked this better than Dbol). I was hoping the increase in Test
E would double my gains, however, this did not happen. Not sure there was
any noticable gains with the increase from 250 to 500mg. Did not get any
heavier or stronger than the first cycle..felt great, however.
I am curious if I should just cruise all the time on Test then blast, or
should I stick to 10-12 week cycles, maybe 3 a year. After doing PCT from
this, my 2nd cycle, I will be gearing up for my 3rd. Would like some
suggestions on what to take, if anything different.
Here are my goals - I do NOT want to look totally out of the ordinary for a
51 year old. I have been big and muscular all my adult life, but a man in
his 50's walking around huge my raise questions, of which I don't want to
raise... I dont want to get heavier than 245-250, but would love to
recomp(need advice on fatburners) or gain strength. I think the test helps
with just about everything, so that would always be a base. Considering
throwing in some deca, Eq, or something else if you have
suggestions(winstrol)...not gonna fool with tren or anything crazy. I have
tried Sarms, LGD and Ostarine - thought the osta did well, didn't notice
much with the LGD, and have seen all your vids - just having tough time
deciding on what, if anything, should I change.
