Cycle Question for a 50 year old

Love your vids, have a few questions if you have the time.

Background...

Im 51, have lifted for 30 years, about 6'2" and 230, obvious that I workout,
ect. I recently got into AAS and did my first cylce back at the start of
2016 - did 250mg a week(one injection) of Test Enanthate and jumped it for 4
weeks with Dbol(25mg a day).... Did 10 weeks. Gained about 15 pounds, up
to around 245 at the highest, felt awesome, did PCT, boys perked up, no
issues. I have everything on hand in case of estrogen issues and had to
take some Adex whilst on the dbol. Lost all the weight within maybe 6-8
weeks...

Finished up my 2nd cycle of 10 weeks with 500mg of Test E and jumped it with
50mg of A50(liked this better than Dbol). I was hoping the increase in Test
E would double my gains, however, this did not happen. Not sure there was
any noticable gains with the increase from 250 to 500mg. Did not get any
heavier or stronger than the first cycle..felt great, however.

I am curious if I should just cruise all the time on Test then blast, or
should I stick to 10-12 week cycles, maybe 3 a year. After doing PCT from
this, my 2nd cycle, I will be gearing up for my 3rd. Would like some
suggestions on what to take, if anything different.

51 year old. I have been big and muscular all my adult life, but a man in
his 50's walking around huge my raise questions, of which I don't want to
raise... I dont want to get heavier than 245-250, but would love to
recomp(need advice on fatburners) or gain strength. I think the test helps
with just about everything, so that would always be a base. Considering
throwing in some deca, Eq, or something else if you have
suggestions(winstrol)...not gonna fool with tren or anything crazy. I have
tried Sarms, LGD and Ostarine - thought the osta did well, didn't notice
much with the LGD, and have seen all your vids - just having tough time
deciding on what, if anything, should I change.
 
you lost all the weight from your first cycle? well you did something wrong. for starters using DBOL on your first cycle is a mistake. or any oral period.

increasing TEST to get more gains is a huge mistake. like you said, no noticeable difference between 250 and 500. that's why high doses are a problem.... also you said you liked Adrol better then DBOL....well you were running 50mg Anadrol compared to only 25mg DBOL. not even a fair comparison.

whats your diet and training like??

no idea, I guess he doesn't want to be questioned. but for me personally, take it as a compliment. people KNOW youre jacked so they ask you questions. to each his own I suppose

i have to be honest, i truly question what exactly you were running for pct as well as what your diet and training were like off cycle... you should not be losing that much from a cycle... that indicates a shit recovery or no discipline with diet and training... its quite concerning... also, your thinking on the more is better concept... you do have one thing right... anadrol is much better than dbol in a variety of ways... you can clearly run anadrol much higher than dbol but every dose is dependent upon the compound... you should not just jump on trt without having reason... do you have low T symptoms??? test, deca and eq is a great cycle but im just really concerned about what your doing beyond to not be keeping any gains... where did you get your pct products before and what exactly did you run for pct? where did you get your sarms from previously?

Have you had any bloodwork done while off of cycle to see where all your levels are with testosterone, etc?

You say you were only taking adex with the d-bol not for the whole cycle?

Yes, I work and roids are on the no no list. I don't want to raise questions - like I said, I am already big naturally (low 230's) and built for a 51 year old. In a few years, I to will be retired and then I wouldn't care if I got 20 - 30 lbs bigger.

Yes - I got bloods done in June and Test was around 200, everything else was great. Going back in Jan for another blood panel. Will have been off for 6 weeks. For PCT I run Pharma grade Nolva at 40, 40, 20, 20. Boys came back, didn't feel bad whatsoever during PCT. Only thing is, I lost all the weight I put on. My diet doesn't change on or off cycle. I eat about 5 small meals a day - love my ice cream - drink lots of water, milk, etc. Usually for dinner I am eating fish, chicken, beef. I do like fried foods and butter. Rarely eat sweets.
 
its because your pct was bad and sorely lacking

You didnt have gw in there for cortisol control, and thats a gainz killer right there alone.
 
To clear up a few things for you guys to help me out - I train exactly the same on or off. Of course while on, I am able to lift more weight and get a little more excited due to the strength and size increase not to mention the pumps I get - A50 was awesome. I do not over eat but try to eat high protein diet. 5 smallish meals a day. Bloods after first cycle showed low test (200) but other than that everything was good.

Any recommendations on my next cycle?

Your test was only 200ng/dl? That's extremely low my friend. Bottom of normal range is around 350

Are you saying that if I run that PCT, I will keep the gains I made, or a good portion of the gains? Very interested. Also, if Test is low again, I am going to pop the question to my Doc - TRT? Would that be out of the question guys? I mentioned it last time, but he sorta blew me off.

Yes, I'm saying if you run that pct you will have the best chance at a successful recovery.

However with your low test levels you might be fighting an uphill battle. I would suggest talking to your doctor to explore trt options for sure
