Hey people.  I'm just about to start my 1st mk2688 cycle and I need some guidance.
Stats
34yo
205lbs
Between 19% and 23% body fat
Train 4-6 days a week
Just lifts right now no cardio. Will add HIIT if necessary.
Been training steady for the past 2 years. Except for 2 months with a ruptured biceps. Before that moderate training for 5 years.
Goals are to cut and bulk. Obviously get my body fat down at least to 15%.
Purchased 3 bottles of Mk2866. I was not planning on stacking anything else. Is this a bad idea? I am on a limited budget so I'm trying to keep it affordable.
Also I am curious about diet during the cycle. Currenty I've been following a keto diet and was going to start backloading carbs once my body fat dropped some. Is this something I should change as well?
What should my dosage be?
How long should I cycle for?
