Lose fat - keep muscle

Hi Dylan!

Really appreciate all your videos. Thanks for putting the time in to make them and help inform people.

Question: I have sleep apnea and although I'm not really what most people would call "fat," I could stand
to lose 20 to 30 pounds of fat to get to a 10% body fat level. That's what I'd like to do. I may be able
to cure the sleep apnea if I can get the fat around my neck and belly to disappear. I'd like to lose fat
and keep the muscle without spending 4 hours a day doing cardio. I've dropped the weight before by
dieting super strictly and doing tons of cardio but I lost a lot of muscle too.

I'm on TRT. I'm open to any stack that's relatively safe and that will not cause me to rebound once it's over
so long as I am reasonably careful about diet and exercise. I use a sauna 3 to 5 times a week to deal with
water retention.

I'm 44 years of age and, right now I'm 221 lbs and probably about 23% to 26% body fat.

Again, thanks for your informative videos.

First of all bro. You've dropped the weight before. And yo yo ing back and forth WRECKS your metabolism bro. I'm also assuming since you lost craploads of muscle you weren't eating a healthy balanced diet. When cutting you want to eat high amounts of protein to minimize muscle loss. And you also should be weight training to keep muscle . all cardio is a Good way to get "skinny fat" . for your goals a sarms cutting cycle would work. But only. I repeat ONLY if you diet and train consistently.

SpikedEggnog is right, cardio without weights =skinny fat. Unless you have really great genetics. I also wouldn't use a sauna to combat water retention...are you taking an AI with your TRT? If it's anything near 200mg a week then you would most likely need something to help estrogen at your bodyfat level.

As much as people wish it wasn't... diet is the most important piece of the puzzle. Training is obviously important too but diet is crucial if you want to get to that next level.

Ok brother...time for a reality check
When I was 50 I weighed 246lbs after being bed ridden for a year
My body fat was above 35%
If you are on TRT and you can't maintain a BF% below 15%...something is seriously out of wack
Your diet and training suck... you can't successfully use steroids with out first having a consistent dedicated
diet and training program
Dont even think about a cycle until you can demonstrate that by maintaining 15% BF

hey bro... steroids are COMPLETELY off the table... your body fat is far too high for that and steroids are NOT fat burners... im not even discussing those.. your body needs to be 12-13% to even consider them... sarms are going to be perfect for you and they go so well with trt.... i have the perfect cycle for you... here are the links to purchase everything you need followed by the layout...

Well, the biggest pieces to the puzzle are going to be your diet and your training. You really need to make sure you have that locked in as good as it can get. If you need some diet help check out this thread

https://www.isarms.com/forums/steroids-sarms-information/diet-nutrition-basics-101-a-3314.html

Sarms stack would be an excellent addition to your TRT to help you lose bodyfat at an accelerated rate while retaining and building lean mass and strength in the process. I have the perfect setup for you to compliment your TRT. It is the enhanced super stack from www.sarmsx.com

https://www.sarmsx.com/stacks/enhanced-super-stack-12-weeks

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)

Skinny Fat= Skat

Bro, honestly you want a lot and to do hardly anything. It just doesn't work like that. I wanna lose the fat, but keep the muscle, but I'm 26% bf and lazy... see how that's no bueno?

Harshly put, but entirely 110% true.
