First post so first off hello to all and thank you for taking time to read this.
25 years old, 185 lb training for 7 years.
Want to run my first cycle and saw Dylan's great advice on YouTube.
My goal is to get strong and retain able muscle but I also do a lot of cardio (burpees jump rope box jumps etc ) so I don't want to lose to much of that either. Here is what I was thinking
Test e 500mg weeks 1-10
Test p 100 mg EOD 10-12
Pct clomid/nolva weeks 12-16
50/50/25/25 and 40/40/20/20
Hcg weeks 8-12
Aromasin EOD 12.5
Any advice or ways I can beef this up?
