subway or in n out burger? bro, seriously, that's not the way to eat when your running cycles and training... subway is garbage alone and in n out is right there with it... you need to reassess and clean this up man... whether your bulking or cutting, either way, that shit is not going to fly for a diet...
I'm out and about all day for work..always on the run... it's the cleanest I can eat when on the go.. I do take meals with me... but doesn't always cut it

bro im sorry but "that's the best you can do" is something you tell a gullible child that would not know any better... there's a million better options than that and if you can't have the self control then i dont know what to tell you because i can't teach that to you... its really up to you... just understand that eating that way, you will never get to the levels you could get by doing it right... if you want to justify to yourself, so be it, no biggie but insulting people trying to help that truly know better, it doesn't sit well... good luck man

anytime i find myself in that situations, i find a whole foods or a local health food store that sells far cleaner and healthier foods... they are literally everywhere... i just hate to see you go through all the effort of a cycle, put in the hard work and ruin it because of your diet because trust me, subway is fucking horrible for you as it is... its all processed bull shit and its fucking LOADED with sodium and shit carbs... i dont even need to explain in n out... i know everyone on the west coast loves it but that doesn't mean its good for you... its a huge detriment to your progress... im not trying to be a dick about it but i want to help you here

download the myfitnesspal app and that will be so easy for you to track macros... you can also start another thread for diet help and ask all your questions that way for your diet...

I'm on the go quite a bit myself. What I do is pre-plan, cook, and pack all my meals for the day in a small cooler bag with some ice to keep them fresh. I just keep the bag with me and grab a meal when its time. Now you don't have to do that for every meal but there is much better options than what you're doing. Theres always a way man. If you have time to go through a line waiting at subway or in and out, you can cook and eat a meal you packed for yourself. First thing you should do is get a better idea on what your intake should be (calories/macros). The thread Rick gave you is a perfect starting point.
