Hi Dylan, Thank you for all of the information you give to the public on how to be safe while using gear. I had a question about LGD- 4033 or ligandrol. I took it at the end of last year for 6 weeks. I had to stop before my 8 week cycle ended because I had gotten gyno from it. After blood tests, I saw that my prolactin levels were very high and my estrogen was also high. Throughout the year I corrected my hormone levels and the gyno went down a bit, but it is still there and hurts on a regular basis. Is there anything I can do for this?

Some peel take a low dose of Aromasin on cycle if they are gyno prone to help control estrogen levels, but most people don't need it. Where did you get your LGD from? That could have a lot to do with it. A lot of sarms companies are selling prohormones as sarms

So real LGD would not have messed up my hormone levels after 6 weeks of use?

correct you may have a small bit of suppression but most capsule form sarms are loaded with all kinds of bullshit like in prohormones and other shit this is probably why you got gyno. have you straightened it out yet? the gyno that is
There is a little bit of tissue under both nipples. I can live with that as it is hardly noticeable. The problem is that I still have pain in that area. It hurts if I bump into something or someone hits it. I feel that is weird after months not taking anything. I still have some arimadex, Letro, prami, and nolva, from when I had to bring my estrogen levels down, but I haven't taken any of it since April.

not really weird you have gyno and you need to eradicate it before you jump on anything else
Do you have any suggestions? I went to a doctor who wanted to put me on 1mg of arimadex everyday for 3 months.

DG gave someone a nice gyno protocol and it went away pretty quick lemme see if I can find it however you have everything you need I believe on hand if it is legit products
you can try an anti gyno program first but if that does not work then surgery is your only option... www.sarmsx.com get the liquid letro and liquid nolvadex... run it 8 weeks... then follow it with 4 weeks of aromasin... its liquid aromasin at www.sarmsx.com
if what you have on hand is even questionable at all I would suggest get the products from sarmsx.com it is tested and tried and true with most on this board and the only place I would get anything of the sort is there or from the sponsors of this board

hey bro... okay... as many have told you already... these are obviously not any sort of side effects nor symptoms that occur with lgd whatsoever... after seeing where and what you were taking, its clear this was a prohormone... this is what i have been trying to convey to people... everyone thinks im so against sarms in capsule form and that i say they are fake etc... that's not even it... yes, if a sarm is just taken as is and put in a capsule, its not as bioavailable as a liquid but it still can work, maybe not quite as effectively but it can work, however not only is it illegal to sell that way but far more than not, these are filled with prohormones, which can be seen by the cost, the side effects and the desire to get you to come back because of the gains however the problem is the severe danger that can occur when you have no clue what your taking... so what you get, instead of the big gains are the big sides because you had no clue that you were taking a prohormone... its flat out bull shit... so, now you have to deal with elevated prolactin and estrogen... whatever you were taking contained a 19-nor steroid or metabolite and now that has fucked up both levels so you have to address them both... you likely need caber and aromasin... do you have your results? if so, please post them so i can assess everything and see how to fix this for you

yes, as soon as you get them, let me know right away bro... i'll help you to get this all taken care of but without blood work, its more of a hypothesis and i never like to give a recommendation without all the facts first
This was my last blood test results after being on 1mg of arimidex for a month:
Testosterone, serum -647
FSH- 2.5
LH -6.7
Prolactin -18.6
Estradiol- 13.1
Estrogens, total- 59
Igf1- 344

That explains a lot brother. You need to seriously stay away from any company that tries to sell sarms in capsule form. Sounds like you ran a prohormone, got shut down and got gyno from it
