Hey guys, I'm trying to lose some extra fat and am planning to use an eca stack along with my GW for post cycle. I was wondering what time of day of should I take it (in the morning or before my workout). I was wondering if I should take it in the morning because I'm doing intermittent fasting and don't eat my first meal till like 11-12 and am thinking it will help burn more fat since I haven't eaten at that time.
