Id say about 20-25% but he does have some muscle. He asked me to recommend steroids for him for hardening. I told him id get back to him. I was thinking to start him off at 500mg of test a week. The thing is im not sure what to tell him, he is going to want to run a lot more. He was looking at some you tube videos on steroids,and said he was going to run tren anavar winstrol and masteron. without test, so its obvious he doesn't know what he is doing. Im not sure how to tell him that its not going to work. He is in the state of mind that he has nothing to loose so why not. anyways, even if he was to run all thoes compounds, he wouldnt get much hardening out of it at 25% body fat. and i know he is not willing to diet, but he does do cardio. If i tell him its not going to work, he will do it anyways. what would you guys do

He does the opposite and starts 500mg/wk Test ...I don't get it

I agree there has been a lot of questionable posts by him, and I'm fully aware of it. Unfortunately all we can do is try to guide people best we can, but in the long run they are still going to do what they want to do. Hopefully he sees this thread and can shed a little light on what exactly is going on, because it's all very confusing. The posts are all over the place

I just hate being run around and misled when we're taking the time to try and help/educate someone
just give us the straight facts and don't lie to us in the process or tell us what you think we want to hear

Personally if you've never posted a pic, or have a avatar pic of yourself you're suspect. Some have seen my pic and I'm either too old, or dumb to get the pic as an avatar because when I go to settings I can't find where to do it. Yes, 44 is that dumb at times, but 44 is real.

You have to ask Rick Rock to fix it.It's a glitch in the system.Once you send him a pic he'll put as your avatar,then you can change it.I've been using vbulletin for years on many forums & this is the first time this happened.

As far as the original topic goes.The internet is never short of bullshitters.Maybe he's confused,maybe he's a troll,who knows?

ya he has been around a while and i have talked to him quite a bit in pm he is surely not trolling even tho it may seem like it. he is solid
