there's a lot wrong here bro... basically from start to finish... you also need to understand that just because someone won something does not make them the end all know all... some people are luckily naturally gifted or told what to do from start to finish and cant even comprehend it when its delivered in a hand holding type of way.. so just because someone won a title does not make them a genius by any means... yes, one would assume that but its not always the case... clearly here there is a complete lack of care even with your second cycle... where is your prolactin protection? did it occur to mr bodybuilder that deca can hurt you in the worst way because of the prolactin increase... also, having you run hgh at your age... i mean, what the fuck? seriously... im not mad with you on this, im mad that someone would actually tell you this mess is okay... you should have taken your second cycle and replayed it as if it were your first and start from scratch and do this the right way... instead, mr fuck face has you jumping right on deca? i mean, come on! if your not growing on these cycles, then i dont care what you say, there is a major issue with your diet and/or training... it is very flawed because you would be responding in some way... bro, you may not be getting what you want to hear but i dont do this to tell people what they want to hear... i do this to fucking save people's lives... to tell them what they need to hear... to understand fully what they are doing and how it needs to be done... i want to extend your life span here and help you to be able to enjoy the rest of your life, but the path your on, its going to be a very very shitty lesson to learn... your at that point where its up to you because if you keep going your way, well, you'll see bro... i hope your one that actually listens...

Thanks Dylan for your replay I really appriciate it, I went to Dave Palumbo because he's a top known Guru in the industry. Yes I am very concerned with my health I know I need to take Dostenix with Deca for my prolactin.

I said I'm currently 15% which I'm off cycle for 3 month's now and not dieting. The ripped lean look I was talking about was last year at the end of my cycle. People in the gym would stop me and ask me how do I get so vascular and lean. I had veins in my abs and back so, I know what ripped means.
Again your talking shit without seeing a photo of me or a training video. And yes I can use steroids you know why. because it's not your fucking business mr guru ass shit.

what I mean is I am not dieting to get lean at the moment but, I am very consistent with my diet all year round I am still eating clean and I only have a cheat meal once a week only, I do cardio all year round as well just to stay in good shape and if I want to cut I would increase it. But don't think I am eating crap all the time. and my 2nd cycle was off season and even when I'm off cycle or on PCT I still eat clean and train hard and sleep right it's a lifestyle not something temporarily.

im just surprised that someone like him would be so careless etc but that says a lot to me about him, accomplishments etc... its one thing to be reckless with yourself but its an entirely different thing when your advising others to do things so detrimental and harmful... i cant wrap my head around that one... if i was you, and thats up to you, but i would not go back to him for anything whatsoever because i promise you, this guy is going to get you hurt and if you think he will care or lose a second of slip over it, well, you would need to come back to reality... just be careful
 
I will chime in and say I'm friends with IFBB pro and pro powetlifyer. They all have there coach who provides the pros with the correct dosages the Olympia Bodybuilders don't know shit about their cycles as there coaches are paid top dollar to make sure the dosages training diet and timing is on point. If you ask Phil health his gear regiment he couldn't tell you because he listens to his coaches. So the comment about the pro giving you cycle advise is because the cycle he was on worked for him. I hope you reach your goals and you are in the right place to learn good luck.

I appreciate it bro. I do apologize for anything bad I said. Negativity is the last thing on my mind I'm a peaceful person. But I can't stand it when someone who doesn't know me just jumps and starts talking bad and judges me. Again I do apologize. Thanks again for your time and helpful opinion.

Thank you Dylan for your concern I really appreciate that. If it makes you feel any better I stopped working with him 10 weeks ago and I'm not going back to him anymore. I listend to everything he said and I didn't reach my goal. and I did some changes without letting him know because I didn't agree with everything he said. Example he told to me to take 600 mg test I cutted to to 250mg - 500mg a week and he wanted me to stay on D-Bol for 6 weeks I did 4 weeks took your advise because it makes sense to me. And his cycle was 18 weeks, I stopped my cycle at week 13 because I didn't see any results and there is no need to continue also I will only harm my self so, I stopped did my PCT did a detox diet to clean my system. Lesson learned I guess. Hopefully in the future I will learn more and don't do the same mistakes I did before. Thanks Again and keep your videos coming really love them.

Thank you for your time. You are right the pro guy know's what works for him so, it may not work for me and it didn't. I stopped working with since last year I'm always trying to educate myself I know I did many mistakes but, I think that's the best way to learn. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. I'm happy to see your opinions thanks again.
