Hi Guys,
I am new here and just wanted to say hi.
I had previously watched some of Dylan's videos on you tube which are excellent btw!
I ran a few cycles when i was younger but a year back i was just feeling off / tired / low energy so i got my test checked and ended up being at about 300 flat.
I think it was progressive thing where it was just getting lower and lower and i finally did something to resolve it.
I have been on TRT the past year. Went through all the blood work and currently do bloods 2x a year to be safe. They have been perfect so far each time, originally I was doing them once a month even though doc only wants them 1-2x a year.
My Current protocol is:
200mg T-Cyp 1x Week
500ui HCG 2x Week
1000mg b12 1x Week.
.5mg Arimidex 2x Week. (Prescribed for 2x a week but I have been doing 1x a week and working out well for me).
Anyways Hope to learn more with you all here.
Just finished a great book "The definitive testosterone replacement therapy Manual" by Jay Cambell, and would definitely recommend it as it promotes a long term healthy approach to trt.
EDIT (to add stats)
36 year old
6'1
205
12-13% bf
Eat fairly clean, but do 1-2 cheat meal a week typically.
Best,
D
