You can substitute almond butter, walnuts, coconut oil ect quality fat of your choice. Example 1 medium avocado = 20g of fat. Lean meat = your choice of lean animal protein. So swap out the chicken, turkey, white fish ect. Steak or fish only once a day.

You can eat as much veggies as you want, the more the better esp asparagus, spinach , broccoli . 1 1/4 gallons of water a day
