I'm now on week five. LGD. MK 2866 and S4. I was at 142lb before. Now at 153.6 lbs. So far I'm very impressed with sarms X. But I'm getting little bit of belly fat, I'm eating like crazy. My question is. Should I start doing cardio? And how much cardio. My friend said not to do to much cause I may lose some muscles. Is that true?

well do you want belly fat or lose some muscle. there has to be a happy medium. are you not running gw or sr9009? that will help with some fat. and I am sure you covered this in another thread but dayuuum 142 lbs how tall are you?
 
Lol. I'm 5'7". 40 years old. Always been really skinny. No. I'm not running GW. I was saving that for my 2nd stack. But I wanted to start doing some cardio. But I was told by a friend not to do any at this time. To keep using sarms and eating for the next 6 months. And then start cutting. I guess my problem is that I never had belly fat and I don't like to much of the look.

pick your poison I guess. how is your diet cuz it sounds like that may be off a little bit to be gaining belly fat

Are you sure it's belly fat? Not water? The reason I asked when I compete we have these bloated skin but after we regulate water the skin around the belly just tighten right away. Undesirable carbs can cause body to retain water in places u don't want.
