I'm now on week five. LGD. MK 2866 and S4. I was at 142lb before. Now at 153.6 lbs. So far I'm very impressed with sarms X. But I'm getting little bit of belly fat, I'm eating like crazy. My question is. Should I start doing cardio? And how much cardio. My friend said not to do to much cause I may lose some muscles. Is that true?
