Just took my first dosage of LGD, and later on before my workout I'll take GW this is my first ever cylce. I tried to swallow the liquid fast but it went all over my mouth and under my toungue.. Lol I'll get

cup your tongue and squirt it into the cup then wash.Hitting the tongue first dilutes it a bit and the tongue is not the same type of cells that make up the flora of the mouth.It is stronger tissue.

Just get it down your throat man. It doesn't matter. Just don't put it in juice first and then drink it because you'll lose some in the cup (or you could)

SARMS can be harsh. For me, pinching my nose and putting it on the back of my tongue works. Keep your nose pinched for a few seconds after. No chaser needed.

You'll get used to it. Just put the dropper in your mouth, squueze it out, and swallow. nothing to it bro
