If diet and training is the same, diet is carb cycling 2 day low carb, 3rd day normal carbs, high protein normal fat, about 500 under maintenance. weight training 6x a week, cardio 6x a week. So would 600mg of test per week be better or 300mg test + 500mg eq per week. i only inject into my delts thats why i can only go up to 2cc per week in oils. I never ran eq so idk what that does, but when i run test only cycles i tend to loose a lot of fat.
