First day today. I'm fine. I've done it before so it should be fine. This time I'm doing things a bit different. My coach has me cycle my cycle!! So my 12 week program will go like this 3 weeks on 2 weeks off 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and that goes along with gaining and hardening phases of my diet. That's something completely new to me so it should fun and I should not be completely saturated. I'm 26 weeks out as of today
