I am 43 years old and am 5'8" 170 Lbs and about 10% BF. I have been lifting
for many years and have been on TRT for about 5 years.
I was originally on 200mg of test cyp EW as prescribed by my doctor. However,
my libido and erection quality has always been a roller coaster ride at tht
dosage.
I recently have been experimenting with low dose test prop sub q for my TRT.
I started at 25mg ED sub q and that shot my test level over 1300. So...
I backed it down to 20mg per day and I am not sure what my current
level is until I get blood work done again.
For whatever reason... I am ultra sensitive to E2. If my E2 is not just
right... I get ED issues. Trying to get my E@ dialed in with anastrozole
has been pretty much impossible.
I have noticed I do a lot better when I am on a low dose of test. I
experimented with 10mg per day at one point and my libido and
erections had great improvement.
The problem is that at that level I started to feel a bit lethargic and
felt like I was losing some strength. The gym is my sanctuary and
I want to keep my strength and performance up in the gym.
I have been looking for a solution for a long time and I am thinking that
SARMs with low dose test may be a solution for me. Right now I am
looking seriously at the Ostra and possibly some of the others.
I know that there is no long-term safety information about some of
these SARMs because they just have not been around long enough.
However... they do appear to be quite promising.
From what I have said... Would you say Ostra would be one of the
better choices to begin testing? Do you think that this would help
maintain muscle and strength levels on my low TRT dosage?
What about long-term usage? Are there any other additions that
you would think would be important to add to the mix.
I am definitely not a fan of water retention and looking bloated. I
just want to be ripped and strong without having the nightmare
of constantly trying to get my E2 dialed in when taking more test.
Great forum!
