I've recently been reading quite a bit on short cycles (2-6 weeks max) and it interests me for various reasons;
side effects (my hair get really weak)
negative effect on my lipids,
estro (body fat is up again)
liver stress
among other stuff
plus i don't like the fact of taking aromasin for suck a long time. All these drugs to counter other drug's effects cannot be good in the long run.
I took 3 months off due to a shoulder set back (calcified tendonitis) which is better and just finished my fourth week back in the gym, having great workouts, no strength loss, improved workouts and good pumps.3
I wanted to ask you for your opinion on a proper short cycle that i would like to do in a few months from now, i do need to keep training till i feel like i've reached a plateau, so to speak.
I am currently 238 lbs at 5' 10.5'' and i am working on dropping some serious weight. i put on 15 lbs in those 3 months off.
I am not looking to gain serious mass with stuff like dbol etc..much less use gear that is high on estrogen side effects, but rather, i am one who likes ONLY clean gains. Better 7-10 lbs of clean gains that you could keep most of rather than 25lbs that you lose almost all of it.
I'm a fan of enanthate but it seems i will need gear that its ester is fast acting like prop. I like primo as well as anavar. Those seem to work with me.
I could get my hands on pharma-grade deca, enanthate and proviron very easily here in Europe but i could also get the other popular ones as well.
Winnie is out of the question as it does not work with me well. Plus Im in my early 40's so its too tough on my bones.
So, if i were to do a short cycle of 2 weeks on, 3 weeks off, or 3 weeks on and 3-4 weeks off or perhaps 4 weeks on and 4-6 weeks off, what would you suggest?
can you give me one that is shorter with no AI and a 4 week cycle with some AI that i could alternate?
