Everybody probably has their own preferences, but here is the kind of things I personally would run starting about 12 weeks out

1-12 Test C 350mg per week (drop completely two weeks out)
1-12 Masteron 800mg per week
1-12 Tren 400mg per week (increase to 600mg per week 4 weeks out)
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD (increase to 25mg ED 10 days out)
7-12 Winstrol 50mg ED
1-12 GW 20mg ED
1-12 S4 50mg ED (increase to 100mg ED 4 weeks out)
1-12 SR9009 30mg ED (5mg dosed every 2-3 hours 6 times per day)

1-12 tne/trne 50/50 ed preworkout
1-12 mast 700
7-9 winstrol 40 ed
10-12 winstrol 80 ed split dose
1-12 aromasin 12.5 eod

Liver supps throughout obviously, probiotics, bcaa and good vitamins

Nothing to add. Looks like we are all on the same page.One thing to consider is how do you want to divide up the tren, between trenE and A. Those last 4 weeks out when you jump the tren to 600mg...for me it would be trenA. The first 8 weeks I would do just 400 of E. Then once you have had the E established for 8 weeks and then come on top of that with 4 weeks of A, you will harden up and vascularize.

Now the first thing Il tell you is none of this means shit if you don't follow the right prep diet... You can honestly cycle anything and make it work. The important part here is diet and calories expenditure. Also pulling together muscle groups.

14-6 Test E 400mg ew
14-6 Primo or mast (go primo if you can) 400mg ew
10-4 Tren E 400mg ew
6-1 Test prop 350mg ew. (You will drop this 8 days out or so)
6-0 Primo or mast bump to 700mg ew
4-0 Bump your tren E to 800 (IF TS TREN A BUMP TO 600)
3-0 Halotestin 25mg ed ( This would be the only oral. The most powerful one you could do pretty much but its awesome for bringing the hardness and turning you into a fucking animal the last few weeks.)

Based off what I know about you and what Ive seen from your posts that what I would do man...
Sarms would be a great addition if you can afford the added cost.

Now you are doing classic so they are not looking for dry to the bone crazyness. Dropping your test 8 days out or even doing TNE the last 8 days will have you plenty dry enough. Maybe add a natural diuretic.

The whole goal here is pretty much to preserve muscle mass while you lean down. I mean that's the anomaly of bodybuilding. Getting crazy lean while keeping or gaining muscle. You kinda have to drop the idea of gaining a bunch of muscle. Focus on refining what you have. The cycle is simple yet effective. Quality over quantity.

AI's thats a tough one... Everyone is different and this is what I mean by saying its hard to give a plan when its not a person you see face to face often. I disagree with online training and shit like that because its not fair to whoever the client is. Run your AI up to 8 days out just as normal to keep estrogen down. Then 8 days out when the test drops, you usually wanna go with letro at 2.5mg ed which will smash your fucking estrogen to the ground. Getting rid of even more water.

Honestly man I would look into having a coach to just since its your first attempt at the diet and all. I would for sure hire one that can help with the posing...

Before the show you will dehydrate a bit. Again not like bodybuilding... But close. Carb up, hit a fuck ton of cialis and viagra. When you carb up, go with granola and honey. Honey is a fuck ton of sugar and granola will not only give you carbs but it will help you dry out even more. Your stomach needs water to digest it.

The last week is crucial when it comes to timing. Honeslty man the best advise I can give you is run this but dont necessarily force yourself to compete. This is all so different for everyone. Its good to give yourself a trial run for contest prep.

I really like this layout as well, except in my experience I didn't like Halo at all. I gave it a shot and while I did harden up and get more vascular, it was nothing like I get with Winstrol so I personally stick to winny.

I also agree with hiring a coach. It's a very good idea to have in your corner for your first time. I didn't use one for my first show, and looking back I kinda wish I would have

As for drying out, everyone is different but for me, I don't require the letro. Just by increasing my Aromasin and dropping test alone, with having paper thin skin I can get hard as nails so I don't fuck with letro. Letro has always been too powerful for me, and will flatten me like a pancake. I never use diuretics either other than throwing in just a little bit of dandelion root starting a couple days out.

Yes I didn't elaborate, but I usually switch to short esters for my tren and my Masteron for the last month and run them both at around 100mg ED
