You need to take liquidex ai right away at 4cc per day, and drop the dose to 3cc then to 2cc until you are down to 1cc.
No, gyno will not just leave on its own - you will have to do something with it. Do what Mexico told here as soon as possible, and you still may get rid of it. Make sure you use an AI on cycle - always, and from the first day of the cycle.
