is the clomid at 50 a split does or do you take at the same time?

Either or. My advise to you would be to split it but you could go either way with clomid it's up to you really. I like to split dose things because it helps with availability obviously and it continues good habbits. Typically orals and stuff you always spit am and pm. I'm terrible at it. My life is a whirlwind. If in don't stay constant Il never get it down.
