I did test e250 as first cycle.Has good results but now I'm trying get a good stack together to get ready for summer.Im 5'11" 225 been lifting regularly now for over a year.I do cardio before workouts.Im still trying get body fat down but I'm making good progress.But what should I run next?
 
Bro lifting for a year and you've already done a cycle? A year is nothing. Also based on your stats, your bodyfat is likely way too high for steroid use.
 
I'm 39 I did a lot of non lifting exercise like push ups and squats for about 7 months before i started back lifting went from 260 down to 210.Since I've been in gym I've went up to 220-225 range.This isn't my first time getting in shape either.I got married and got lazy.lolMy job I lift 40-99lbs boxs all day. So it like 2 workouts a day. I've allways been a bigger kid since high school not fat just bigger and strong.
 
whats your current body fat? noone is going to advise you to run cycles with that little of experience working out.. great work on getting your weight down though... and while your work may be strenuous, that does NOT translate to actually being in the gym..
 
Body fat around 18%.Im in the gym at least 4 days a week I'm diet not bad I'm getting around 250grams of protein a day and take creatine.Every person I ask tell me a different stack to take I'm gathering all the info o can before I decide.
 
not only is your training experience NOT THERE but your body fat is TOO HIGH as well... come on with this nonsense now bro... seriously... noone with half a fucking brain is going to advise you to use steroids
 
I talk to a trainer at my gym and be showed me an app to calculate body fat % and it's says 14% and he said that was close to being right.So what would you say is the number I should be striving for before I even look into using juice?I'm just trying to gather as much info before I make any decision so I appreciate all the feedback
 
12-13 but you should post a pic as opposed to depending on a clueless trainer... i can tell you on sight what your body fat... you dont want to listen to dumb shits at the gym.. i assure you... most of those guys take an ONLINE test to get certified... they have NO credentials whatsoever
