What's my fat %

Recently I doubled my cardi routine 6km of jog at min 12 kmph
But I lost my fat measuring cappilers

Little help will be appreciated
And will my gynos will disappear if I increase my chest size

I'm thinking about taking aromisin and novladex for 4 weeks

I would guess you around 12% or so by the pics. Gyno is only going to go away from treatment. Gaining chest size will not eliminate or help it at all. I would try an anti-gyno protocol with letro and Nolva for a month to see if that helps. It is also possible that it is prolactin related gyno which will require a different type of treatment. Blood work is really what you need to know the correct course of action here

I do see a very mild case of gyno. He definitely should give gymrats anti gyno protocol a try, it has worked wonders for a lot of people.

This is me after my back workout so obviously my chest muscle are bit pumped but in normal conditions that is not the case

Is your gyno AAS related or is it naturally occurring?
 
Its not gyno, just fat. If your natty I would not take nolvadex or anything. If you had gyno u would have sensitive nipples and u could feel lumps underneath. Alot of people mistake fat for gyno.

It's probably puberty gyno bro, which is somewhat common. It may require surgery if you want it corrected, but an anti-gyno protocol wouldn't hurt to try
 
there is absolutely a mild case there... you are in the 13-15 range but you can easily get below 10% with proper diet, drying out and maybe implementing a few small things... a few sarms, chems, etc... i would address your gyno FIRST before you get into anything... try gymrat's protocol as others have advised... his method is very strong and should work well for you... here is the link http://www.adrenalinerushforums.com/pos ... -t120.html

ok ill follow anti gyno cycle
but at-least for a year i have no plans for using AAS
but i was thinking about Albuterol but not seriously just researching a bit
but i ll continue my diet and cardio till i dont reach 10% at least

just understand that albuterol on its own won't do that much for you... its more of a compliment to other compounds than a stand alone... it will be minimal in terms of results on its own

And Albutrol vs clen I start my research on aas with your videos
but something is better then nothing don't you think it might not be strong but it should be a better choice compared to caffeine fat burners which don't let me sleep
But as I said I am not sure I might stack it up with gw or any other sarms
But first I will reach 11% on my own
I don't want less then 9%

that's the way to run it to get the most out of it... sarms and the eca stack... that's exactly what you would want to do and run first before anything else... get yourself into the proper condition to cycle...
 
I strongly agree with Dylan on this one. A sarms stack and ECA could help make a dramatic difference to you, and get you exactly where you need to be. It's perfect for you right now, since it's still a bit early for AAS use

i know i cant be the best but want to best in my gym on my own
atleast then i will use sarms and aas
