Hello,
So I'm looking to lose some weight, but not that much, and gain muscle at the same time. I weigh 293 and I am 6'8'', I would like to get down to about maybe 250 or 245, It does not matter how long it takes, or how much I have to lift, currently I am lifting about 3 days a week because I play Football and this is the off season, I could get that up too 2 times a day 5 days a week. I'm wondering what would be good for this.
 
how can you say in one sentence you want to lose some weight, but not that much, and then follow it by saying you want to lose 40-50 lbs... not that much is like 5 lbs, not 50 so i have no clue how to even answer this...
 
I think your mindset is wrong.......stop worrying about training so much and focus on diet. That is how you lose weight. It is really simple actually. You need to be in a caloric deficit every single day. No excuses. Do that every day and you WILL lose weight. Stop worrying about losing muscle.......it is actually very difficult to lose muscle. What separates the guys who have success from those who spin their wheels is consistency. You cant be locked in 5 days per week and then fuck off on the weekends. How do you think Dylan stays so lean? It is because he sticks to his plan every single day.
 
It sounds to me like your focus probably should be on cutting if you need to lose 40-50 lbs. That's a lot more than "not that much".

I personally would recommend this stack
