What do I need to do to reach my Goals? / Potential Recomp Stack?

Whats up everyone! Lets start with the stats,

Age: 21
Height: 5'11
Weight: 160
Body fat %: Not sure I'll post pictures and maybe you could tell me.
Years of training: On and off in 2017, have been going steady for about 3 full months now.
Complete cycle history: Never done any cycles.
Supplements (if any): No supplements yet, been looking at fat burners/ creatine for a recomp.

Goals: I want to get bigger and get some abs, really just looking to get some great gains and cut the current lower back/belly fat. Down the road be between 170-180, 12% or less body fat is my future goals.

General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???): Decent as far as nutrition goes I have recently lost a lot of weight quickly. At the start of the year I weighed over 200 lbs so I have lost about 40-50 lbs in a few months now. Primarily from Intermittent Fasting (I eat once per day around 7-9pm) and going to the gym every day, but my diet has definitely improved since the beginning of 2018. I usually do low carb, high fat, moderate protien a few days per week then do a refeed for carbs on the weekend. No soda, no fried foods, but since the start of the year I have been cutting heavily as I eat around 700-1000 calories per day, once per day currently.

So getting to my question. I guess it really is outlined in my goals. I have been interested in sarms for awhile just not sure on what to do.

Based on my goals, diet, and photos what would everyone recommend me do to move towards those goals?

**I have been considering cutting until I get down to 140, but I am starting to lose the slight muscle gains I have already made in the last few months. ( Just tired of the belly & mainly love handles)

You need to get a better base and spend more time in the gym and dieting before you think about using PEDs. If you are looking to gain weight you need to be taking in ALOT more calories than 1000 even just to meet maintenance you need more

Well yea, right now I have been cutting thats why I only eat that per day, but I did cut weight fast. I honestly though FEEL better than ever.

Bro, those are starvation level calories. A small female eats more than that when cutting. Your metabolism will suffer on that and it is not sustainable. I am a big advocate of IF but you need to do better than that with macros. I suggest adding a second and possibly third meal and do the traditional 8 hour feeding window with IF. Take a look at my diet thread for help setting it up. https://www.isarms.com/forums/steroids-sarms-information/diet-nutrition-basics-101-a-3314.html

That's where you need to start. You won't make my kind of gains with the way you are eating.

For a sarms stack on recomp this is what I'd recommend

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later

Pct

clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

Heres what I was going to start doing starting next week,

I did my body weight 160x12 to find my maintenance level- 1920 calories
(I saw some articles where I need to multiply my body weight times 12-15 depending on my body fat to find maintenance intake)

Training days eat in a 250 caloric surplus.
Cardio days eat in a 250-400 caloric deficit.

1g per 1 pound of body wight
30% from fats
Remainder calories from carbs.

What do you think about that? Do you think I am at a good body fat percentage based on the photos above to do a recomp? Or do I need to continue to cut down to say like 140 and just do a bulk from there?

your sole focus needs to be on fixing your diet right now and building some kind of base and frame because right now, you dont have one at all.. not to say you cant get there but its a long process here... i would start eating more first like you have planned because you are severely lacking there and starving yourself is only hurting you...

To fix my diet do I continue to cut down to 140 (but do it healthy), recomp like I said above, or just completely go into a bulk from here? Thats what I am confused on what diet do I need to go along with my workouts?
