Urgent! Pct suggestion? What should i do?

I had taken a d-bol only cycle of 6 weeks :
20mg pd - 1st week
40mg 2nd-4th week


I didn't take any AI with D-bol , I saw in this video of Dylan Gemelli that AI was a must. I now bought letrozole and novladex.

I took 2.5mg letro and 20mg novla , can these be taken together?

I was thinking of 2.5 eod letro + novla 40mg (1stweek) and 20mg for next three weeks?

I know i made a shitty mistake. Please help me out.

Should I be taking novla only for 1 month ? would it be suffice? I dont want to overdo it

I took liv-52 ds once a day for the liver along with suppliments- shredz protien, bcaa+ gultamine, creatine and labrada pre workout pe1. I am almost 20, 5'8 and weigh 65kgs now. (about 4kg gain in 4weeks)

Damn bro, I know you realize you made a mistake, but you really shouldn't be using steroids at all at your age. You are way too young, then using an oral only is a bad idea, not to mention not using the AI. Letro is NOT what you should be using unless you have gyno.

Nolvadex is but the letro is not what I would suggest. Run the stack I gave you

It would take weeks to get it here in india. Almost 15days in customs and 15 to get shipped. which would be too late. Btw Is this gyna or just fat?

Can I just start with letro 2.5 eod and Nolva 40/20/20/20 ed till the shipment arrives?

Well don't follow your friends at all buddy. That's the worst thing you can do. They are set up for failure.

If you can't get aromasin quick enough then run the letro with the nolvadex. That's not a full pct or good plan but I don't know what else to tell you. You should have planned and researched before starting It's hard saying what kind of damage you've done but I hope you've learned a valuable lesson. At 20 years old you are way too young. Wait several years and research before doing anything again

In total I took 85mgs of it. took 20mgs first week and 40mgs next 3 weeks. age-19, height 5'8, weight is 148pounds , I dont know the body fat %age never got it done. but internet calculator says its 12%.

(using measurements Height 180cm
Neck 35cm
waist 76cm
hip 94cm)
