Hi everyone

I'm new to this forum , let me first say that I really enjoy Dylan's videos, been following them for a long time , very Informative and educational.

So I'm planning my next cycle but first my stats and history.

Stats :

41 years old
6Ft 6inch
112.5kg
Body fat 20 - 25%
Good health
Very active : on my feet at work all day and train 4 times a week
Live in the 🇬🇧

History:

Started training since I was 18 but took bodybuilding seriously in my 30"s

Done quite a few cycles in the past mostly Test only with a kick stater of Dbols only because I was not keen on stacking.

My last cycle I ran for the first time ever 1gram of test ( I know too much ) to see how my body would respond and 250mg of Deca ( purely for joint relief) I ran that for 12 weeks , and as you would expect I had a bunch of sides , water , bloated face , terrible acne and aggression. Strength was amazing, best lifts ever , everyone says how massive I was ( put in 6 kg )

Since then I have been on 250mg of test a week for 7 weeks now + 1000iu HCG a week . I will stay on this cruise dose for about 14 weeks or so .

Now I'm planning my next cycle , 500 Test e and 500 - 750mg EQ a week . Done the research and I really like what EQ has to offer , strength, vascularity , hunger . Don't want a bunch of water retention and sides . I was always chasing the big bulky look , bigger is better, I'm getting older now my joints are giving me trouble so I want to look good for my age , try and get that six pack everyone goes mad over ! Want to keep most of my gains and put in lean , quality muscle .

I have read that some guys hate EQ as it's a waste if money and the gains aren't amazing. I am concerned about the rise in RBC and the anxiety issues some ppl get . I was planning on running 500 a week but from what I have seen EQ has to be run higher than lower . Can I get gains off 500 EQ or is 750 better ? The reason why I'm saying 750 is because the lab I'm getting only supplies the EQ in ampules is 250mg/ml . Is it ok to preload syringes or would I risk infection?

Hey bro, I'm sorry but your bodyfat is WAY too high for steroid use right now. You also shouldn't be trying to add size when you are already carrying too much bodyfat. You need to get into shape. It's just not healthy or safe to run steroids when bodyfat is that high. You need to be below 15% or even leaner before starting

brother there's no way on earth i could ever advise steroid use at that body fat... not only does that make no sense, its dangerous... you can have far more issues with an elevated body fat... steroies are not fat burners or used for weight loss etc... this is a really bad idea and i certainly can't advise anything like this..
 
Welcome to the board.

A few points;

As previously pointed out; stats are not applicable for AAS. How many cycles is quite a few? What were they? Compounds, dose, length?

You make no mention of PCT, OCT.

Your last cycle; COMPLETELY haphazard & reckless use of AAS putting your health @ risk. Bunch of sides? NO SHIT! Where's your AI? Total misuse of Deca, DECA IS NOT JOINT SUPPORT.

Gaining 12 pounds on 1,250 mg's of juice a week for 12 weeks? Shit I gained 12 (qualityyyyyyyyyyy) pounds in 6 weeks with 1/4 of that amount of AAS.

We can help you learn how to get to a condition for AAS and how to do it safely.

Have you had a recent blood draw?
 
Ye to be fair my bodyfat is a geuss and probably should get it measured, I am very tall and fairly lean it's probably not that high .

It's very difficult to get bloods in the UK as doctors won't refer a pactient for blood work on steroid related issue , they generally look down on users ( although it's legal to use ) .

I am a hard gainer and was surprised that I didn't gain more on my cycle , maybe it's genetics or under dosed gear or a rubbish diet , this is where I could use help because at the , moment as you can see, I'm at a loss .
What can you suggest before I start as I works like advice on how to go about this properly

I did find it strange that I only gained that little bit then again I have always struggled to put on muscle as I'm very tall and am better built for long distance running. The cycles I have run have always been 500 to 600mg of test e or c for 12 weeks with PCT of 6 weeks Clomid + Nalvo 50/50/50/50/25/25 20/20/20/20/20
I can't source Aromison at all and SARMS are unheard of in the U.K.
Doctors are reluctant to give bloods to AAS users as it's frowned upon

YOU ARE IN NO CONDITION to be using steroids!!!

Most likely 2 things; A) you were in no condition to start B) rubbish diet

What's a typical day of meals look like?
 
if your not in the right condition, steroids are not going to do jack shit brother... i can tell there's a lot of flaws here and your just not up to speed on things... you can get whatever you want in the uk, if you know where to order it, which i will help you with... however, steroids are not what you need or want right now.. its hard to run cycles if you dont do bloodwork... thats ways too dangerous... you need to be all over that and i certainly wont recommend steroid use without that whatsoever... you cant possibly think its safe to use steroids without monitoring how its effecting you bro? seriously?
 
You keep saying there flaws and focus on the negative points but don't actually give members proper direction and advice . Your answers are general and vaig to say the least . You make me out to be a fat slob who's never lifted a weight in his life , and I find members comments blunt and offensive.

In the real world we cant all afford to spend £££££ on this and no Doctor in his right mind would even think about helping what they see as , drug abuse !
 
I don't see anything wrong with whats been said man. You have to pay to play. If you can't afford to do this properly... you shouldn't be doing it at all. The main point everyone is trying to make is this... you're not in the right condition to use aas at this moment. Something you have to understand is that aas only enhances whats already in place. That means if your diet sucks or your training is sub par, aas will do very little for you. What this means for you is that you need to step back and reevaluate your plan. You shouldn't have a "rubbish diet" when youre on cycle. Its not wise to have that highly elavated bf% when on cycle. So here is what you can do... clean up your diet and stick with it. Get your bf% in control. Then you may consider a cycle and at that point you'll have a better understanding of how to manipulate your body composition so you can get the most out of it. Bloodwork, theres really no excuse man. Its so important that you get it done so you can stay on top of your health.

AT YOUR BF % IT's OBVIOUS YOU DON'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO DIET AND TRAIN PROPERLY..you have never established a foundation

steroids are not safe or effective in persons with high bf...steroids are for people in tip top condition..that have a disciplined and dedicated routine.... you are far from there
 
good lord.. okay, listen, i dont have time for "feelings" over constructive and HONEST criticism... go ahead and use steroids with the foundation you have bro... the LAST thing i am going to do is hold hands.. if you seriously cant take the truth then good luck in life.. NOTHING has been said that is offensive or inaccurate... We're trying to give you direction and advice, that's why I asked about your typical day's diet. This is serious shit mate, it may sound harsh but tough love has saved a lot of guys a lot of long term damage.

You could have lifted weights your entire life, no one is arguing that and that's not the issue @ hand. We're taking about nutrition and ANABOLIC STERIODS

And here's a news flash; WE ALLLLLLL live in the real world just like you.
