200 to 300 mg twice a day is a normal dose for TUDCA... keep in mind, you never take tudca or any other supports at the same time as your orals... you split them 4 hours apart...

Yes, it's good to space them because it can actually affect the effectiveness of your oral doses if you dose them too close together

basically, this is how you go about it... take your first dose of orals in the a.m., then 4 hours later your first dose of cycle support then 4 hours later your next oral dose followed by another 4 hours and the last dose of cycle support... there is a serious conflict with absorption if they are taken together or too closely together...
