Tren Anxiety post tren use ? Is it a real thing?

Would be great to get more info on it for sure. That can be pretty damn nasty.

Agreed completely brother. It's a subject I plan to study extensively to get figured out, because I do love Tren a great deal....but regardless of how much I like it I simply will not deal with fee.ing like that ever again. Right now the 200mg per week dose is working perfect for me. The effects are not as pronounced, but still there....however there are no side effects on me to speak of and I feel incredible. Night and day difference between the 400mg I was on that had me feeling like shit and being a complete dick to everyone around me.

Are you still AI'ing on the 200 or still not taking anything after dropping it?

During my considerations I've figured I'd never go past the 300mg mark - smack bang in the middle there and see how I went.

Right now I'm doing 15mg of Aromasin every 3rd day for my 600 test I'm on, and still on caber at 0.5mg twice per week but i may be dropping that soon. I am doubtful I even need it at 200 tren

Caber is another SOB at .5 twice a week it causes dizzyness lightheadness and feeling like straight dogshit dropped that to .25 twice a week while on cycle to mitigate sides

A lo of people don't realize it, but prolactin is another hormone you don't want to completely obliterate. It needs controlled just like estrogen without crushing it. Otherwise you can run into more problems

I run my Caber at .25 e3d. I respond rather well to it at this dose.

Yes, some people need more, some people need less. Some get away with none...Just like an AI, everyone is different, and of course it also depends on total mg of nandrolone you are running as well

So, I lifted this from a member at TheIronDen. THIS IS NOT MY OWN INFORMATION. I am not citing the member's name at TID, because I think it may actually be his real name.

I was really impressed with this guys level of knowledge of AAS. Also, since everyone believes tren to be a "get big and get lean" fucking magic pill, with guys with next to zero cycles under their belt trying to jump on it, I thought I'd re-post it here.

"I will chime in to help guys here understand. Sorry for the novel, but this will answer it all for you.

Trenbolone is primarily a drug used in cattle, it is very strong, it has about 3x the ability as testosterone to bind to an androgen receptor.

Tren does alter progesterone levels, estrogen, test, etc..

Most of tren's emotional side effects are due to the fact it has a very clear effect on the brain's neurotransmitters. More so then probably any other steroid.

Neurotransmitters must have a delicate balance. If one is off, then it can cause the other chemicals to be "off" and therefore numerous sides can be associated with this. Tren is therefore clearly inducing a psychological disturbance in many users. This is pre-determined genetically and therefore some people may have minimal side effects, while others may be susceptible to full blown side effects

Neurotransmitters: (chemical messengers in the brain)

Seratonin- probably the most important to recognize and likely this is the primary disturbed neurotransmitter. It is responsible for regulating sleep, mood, anxiety, appetite, and sexuality. This is why SSRI's or anti-depressants are prescribed to patients with Depression/Anxiety..and this is why 5-HTP may help.

Dopamine- Pleasure center of the brain. When these are reduced the user can experience deep depression and lack of motivation. As an example, Dopamine is prevented from having a re-uptake when using Cocaine, but then when the user comes off, it is lowered or cut off from dopamine production. Tren is the same way, when the brain senses this compound, it "can" lower or cut off dopamine, thus giving the user the similar feeling they would after coming off Cocaine or Ecstacy. The issue with compounds that interact with dopamine, is that dopamine receptors can be desensitized..so if you are abusing a drug such as cocaine, or even tren for example, the receptors can be weakened and either take a very long time to return to normal, or never return at all. This means in lamens terms that users of these drugs can experience prolonged or permanent depression after discontinuing. This can clearly impact an individuals ability to experience happiness.

Epinephrine Regulates Stress

Norepinephrine - Regulates sleep and alertness..this is also known as the chemical that produces "fight or flight" or adrenaline. Spikes is this level can cause sleeplessness and aggression.

Acetylcholine - Associated with muscle control and learning

Histamine - Associated with arousal. It is often released in response to an allergic reaction. It can certainly "sedate" the patient when it is released, this is some of the thought process why tren and other compounds cause lethargy, it is 'believed' that the body is constantly releasing histamines into the bloodstream to fight off the allergens..aka "tren". Also this is medically theorized and makes sense as to explain "Tren COUGH". When the user injects tren, the body instantly releases several chemicals, including Histamine. It is such a sudden and large amount of release that the body interpets it as an "allergic reaction". It responds with symptoms such as coughing, itchy eyes, runny nose, swollen eyes, respiratory issues and shortness of breathe.

Take into combination the fact Tren scrambles up your normal hormone ratios, test, estrogen, etc..take into combination that the fact tren increases BP which can also induce lethargy and various other issues, and then combine the fact it disturbs normal brain functions, and you can see why this is a compound that should only be used by the most experienced of users, who know how to treat and recognize each symptom.

And even then, this compound should be used with extreme caution."

I've seen this information myself before, and I think it touches on some very valid points. Thanks for sharing

Still ai'ng . I am asking a question . Why would he stop taking ai at a lower dose?

Rick ran into some trouble on his Tren cycle by crashing his E2 with other compounds he was running, so he temporarily stopped his AI.

It was that to which I was referring, and wondering if he was still taking nothing for those during this lower dose period ;)

That is good info also. Most of which I figured but good to have it all in the one spot. Need to do more research as to why and how this happens.

Possible Adrenal Fatigue another result of excessive to moderate tren use here are some remedies:

much rest as you can. Try to be in bed by 10 pm each night. People with adrenal fatigue are known for getting their "second wind" after 10 pm. Try to get your body used to winding down before this happens. Try to sleep until 9 am every day. If this is not possible, then catch a nap whenever you can, even if it is only on the weekends. Your body needs time to heal.

Assess your diet. Eliminate foods with a high glycemic index. This includes all "white foods"--flour, bread, rice. Replace processed foods with whole foods, preferably cooked at home. Add more organic vegetables and be careful about the amount of fruits you eat. Those with adrenal fatigue often have issues with the sugar in fruits. If you must have fruit or fruit juice, do not have it first thing in the morning. Eliminate any foods that do not agree with you. It is common for those with adrenal fatigue to have food allergies or intolerances.

Hydrate. Another common symptom of adrenal fatigue is dehydration. Water often doesn't seem to do the trick no matter how much you drink if you have adrenal malfunction. You can fix this by adding 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt to your water first thing in the morning and in the afternoon. If you can tolerate the salty taste easily, it is a sign that your body needed the sodium. Alkaline water is also helpful for hydrating.

Buy alkaline water or alkaline drops to add to your filtered water.
Get some gentle exercise. Yes, you're tired, but gentle exercise will help your body restore itself. Twenty minutes of moderate walking every other day is a good start. Stretching exercises such as yoga are also beneficial. Try to alternate days of gentle cardio and stretching."

SSRIs and tren is the most dangerous combo. I wish I didnt so so many people saying they use these together. I wish people wouldn't use them at all. Ugh.

Sure sounds it. What is the solution, however? Any Serotonin antagonist really has the power to F you up hardcore. Whether it be from Tren or something else. Let alone both.

Would be the same reason as to why some people run SSRI's and feel great, whereas others get worse. Some feel like kings on Tren and others just get their anxiety cranked up to 11. A lot of SSRI symptoms are identical or mimic Tren's downsides. We also know SSRI's CAN induce gyno (from Prolactin).

I do wonder if it's also a spill over effect of the Dopamine spike from Caber that's responsible for the feel-good, or feel-shit effect?
