* Onnit - Hemp Force Active Protein, Cocoa & Maca 1 scoop
* Great Lakes - Gelatin/collagen, 12 g, 2 tbsp
* Isolyze - Whey Isolate Chocolate Milk, 1 scoop (31g)
* Dole - bannana, 3 bannana frozen
* Healthworks - Chia Seeds Correct, 1 Tbsp (of 12g)
* Kirkland Signature - Organic Virgin Coconut Oil - Cold Pressed & Unrefined, 1 TBSP - 14g
* C20 Pure Coconut Water - Coconut Water Live Rejuvenated!, 10.5 FL OZ
* Old School Labs - Vintage Blast Two-stage Pre-workout, 1 Scoop

Pretty healthy, but I wouldn't like that macro ratio myself. Pretty high in carbs and fats for a smoothie (even though it is all healthy)
 
Cardio days I run 3 miles in 94 degree Alabama Humid Afternoon weather barefoot and in the grass :)
 
Where do you suggest getting the best carbs? I believe bananas are the purest form and I love the taste.

14 grams of the fat is coming from cold pressed virgin coconut oil which again I believe is a powerful superfood
 
i couldnt do that one bro... way too much sugar and fat for me, regardless of where its coming from... clearly they are better forms of these nutrients but for me, no way... if it works for you, stick with it...

here's a video i did on low carb diets and i touch on good carbs to implement... my sources mainly come from whole grain cereal, oatmeal, vegetables and rice... these are all excellent options.. .
 
Oatmeal & Cereal is like glue for the gut imo - raw organic veggies and rice are def staples in my diet :) love the vids

i can't agree whatsoever on the glue for gut but to each their own bro... yes, i have 5 or ore servings of vegetables per day

if i am in the same room as a banana, i get extremely sick... im allergic to them... even the smell of them makes me so sick man... plus you dont slam bananas all day.. 1 is fine but multiple is nothing i would do nor recommend... you need multiple sources for carbs, but having one is absolutely a good thing to include in your diet...
 
my favs and go to for naturual carbs is the following:

beetroot - oranges - bananas - blueberries - tons of grapefruit juice - 2 apples a day - kidney beans - chickpeas - my fav sweat potatoes

Fruit is fine in moderation, but remember that a lot of the sugars come from fructose and are generally stored in th liver instead of glycogen that goes into the muscles

as rick said, fruit is great and a must but thats overboard bro... 1-2 servings of fruit is more than enough...
