i know bro.. i mean, for fucks sake.. 500 calories a day? who could not lose weight on that LOLLL... its absurd and it WILL fuck you p for sure... i hope people understand how bad that it can be to do....

Nothing rapid for the body is good. I heard of this diet but never understood it (I don't pay much attention to fad diets). But at you explained low cal diets I just had to show my wife. Been showing her a few of your vids here lately. Going to warm her up to a more over all understanding of nutrition and fitness. She's kills beach body but doesn't under it when I tell her she's just doing fasting HIIT training and proportional control. (She does it in the morning with little to nothing to eat) keep them coming and I'll keep watch.
