Many of you constantly over train and have no idea you are actually doing so as well as the negative impact it can have on you... Understanding this concept and what to look for with signs of overtraining is imperative... This video goes into great detail explaining what overtraining is, the signs to look for when experiencing it and why you need to avoid doing this... You do not want to miss this video...

I think I've finally found a nice balance with 2 days on & 1 day off.I will do low impact cardio on my non-lifting days but I always set aside ONE day a week to do absolutely NOTHING.I've been doing this the past 5-6 weeks & haven't had any kind of burnout.

I've overtrained before in the past, and it was no fun at all. It's really important to find that right balance between volume, intensity, frequency, and recovery to get the most out of your training while ensuring you aren't overdoing it

I was guilty of this, but it was an addiction. I would gym 3 times a day 7 days a week. For months on straight not only did hinder alot of gains, 💪 but it ruined alot of my relationships due mood swings and choosing to lift. Even though for me iron always comes first then girls just the way i like it.. Haha.. Great video!!!

im sure most of us have all done this and it may or may not have gotten to us before we figured it out but trust me, its not something anyone wants to experience... i hope everyone watches this and takes it very serious...

That's sick bro 21x's a week??The worse case of over training for me was 6 days a week. You're an animal!

When I was in Afghanistan I might go two weeks straight before my body would say time out. I might take a day, or two off and be back on it refreshed. Obviously this was not optimal, but over there and constantly being at different locations before missions it was a sanity thing. Till they screwed up and sent The 44 to a Spanish Air Force base that had a great gym and lovely Spanish women everywhere that dubbed me 'The Rock' weather prevented me flying out for weeks so I acquired a taste for Spanish cuisine lol... Geez... Great video Dylan I got sidetracked there for a minute reminiscing.

I have been guilty of this myself as well. By nature, I am an all in or all out person..either go hard or go home. Needless to say this attitude, while generally good, became a liability to me in the gym. The 2 things I noticed most was a decrease in performance and a decrease in mood..i started feeling irritable, negative and pessimistic. To make things worse, when my strength started to decrease..what did I do? I started to push harder and my lifts really started to decrease. Now, like Flanex, I do 2 on 1 off. I also take regular planned deloads 3-4 times a year as well. It took me awhile to understand and learn the right mixture of volume, intensity and rest for my body. Everyone is different and I think it is almost necessary to experience overtraining at least once to find where that personal threshold exist.

Spanish Air Force? Lucky! Bagram was the nicest place I saw, and Kandahar wasn't bad either. I lifted like crazy over there.

I still remember buying air force PT's so that us 11B's could drink in Kazakhstan. ARMY couldn't drink there because we started too many fights... I think we were there for 2 weeks or so while ripping back to the states. They had a HELL of a GYM too!

Yeah it was up North way past Shindand AB, North of BMG in the mountainous area. They had HVT's in the area and the Spaniards paid the tb not to attack them... just like the Germans who would get mad whenever I showed up with my team. The Spaniards know how to live though. I was the ranking American there so they went out of their way to keep us comfy. Not a bad place at all.

Also on a more relevant note...

I agree 120% Dylan, and this is something I have had to be very careful of getting back into the gym after a year or so off.

With the help of the SARMS stack I have seen MASSIVE gains, but I have also taken quite a bit of rest, and I even had 1 week of my cycle where I just did Body weight exercises.

I know PED's and AAS can aid in rapid recovery, but I believe adequate rest is required enhanced or natural, especially considering the extra volume/intensity you can put out while "on."

Dylan do you recommend any difference in rest protocol with any particular "supplement." Anytime you recommend more or less rest?
I guess its always going to be an individual thing, but any general guidelines with any particular compound/supplement/SARM etc...
Like for me for example, I feel like I almost need MORE rest when using GW501516. - as in rest days not time between sets just to clarify.
you dont need more or less in reference to WHAT your using bro but what i would HIGHLY recommend is giving yourself 2 days off a week.. trust me bro.. i made years of mistakes training too much and you just never get to where you need to be... you dont need any more rest from using GW than any other compound.. you want to maximize what GW brings and use your two rest days to fully recover not just physically but mentally as well...
