Cycle
Wk 1-16 Test e 500 mg (250mg mon and thursday)
Wk 1-6 tbol 60 mg Ed (30 mid morning, 30 before or after training)
Wk 12 - 18 tbol (again up day before pct) 60 mg Ed
Wk 14 - 18 HCG 1000 iu/wk
Aromasin - do I need it?
Wk 18 - 22 clomid 50/50/25/25
Wk 18 - 22 nolva 40/40/20/20
I'm age 37 around 5'11, 195 pounds. About 12 % bf.
Ex army commando training weights for as long can remember. My weight has been up around 100 kg. Lifts up to 200 kg bench. 210 kg deadlift. Etc. Back down to 195 due to traveling, injuries etc. Normally sit around 205. Sorry just to give you an idea.
Quite a few cycles over the years and never run a pct. Never really noticed side effects.
No gear for about 3 years now because I decided to stay away from it for a while. Tbol with test e with good pct should be mild sides with decent gains right?
Questions...
1. Is that too much tbol? 6 weeks kick start. 6 wks to finish up day before pct? Gets me a 6 wk break off the tbol on a 16 wk test cycle if tbol is run up too pct.
2. Is the HCG run 4 wks up to pct and is the dosage correct for this mild but 16 wk cycle?
3. Do I need an AI? Aromasin? 12.5 mg eod? How long for?
I know you recommend other things but I can't get that stuff. I live in Indonesia. Too difficult.
I know also you may say 'well don't do the cycle if you don't have everything you need'.. but bro this will be a fuck load better than no pct, no HCG, no AI as we've done for years coming off test, deca and dbol for example.
I want this to be really as mild as possible but as well as the kickstart, I want to finish the cycle and maximise that period up to pct. I don't want dbol. Or to add tren or anything full on. Once I've experimented with tbol, I'll add something to the next cycle next year
