I doubt Dylan would make a video on this unless it was titled "the broscience and misconception of benefits behind frontloading"

That says it all. It does nothing except bring side effects on quicker, and raising myostatin quicker...which inevitably stalls out your cycle quicker

there is no benefit to it, no... its not a practice i ever recommend
