Hey Dylan, I'm an intermmediate steroid user and have created a bulking cycle which I'd like you to give some feedback on:

1. 350mg Testosterone Enanthate - Once weekly, week 1-11.
2. 25mg Dianabol - Every day, week 1-4.
3. 200mg Deca Durabolin - Every second day, week 1-9.
4. 0.4mg Arimidex - Every second day, week 1-11.
5. 15mg Cardarine - Every day, week 1-11.
6. 0.4mg Pramipexole - Twice weekly, week 1-9.

Nothing week 12-13.

Post Cycle Therapy:
1. 400IU HCG - every second day, week 14-15.
2. 35mg (first 2 weeks) & 20mg (second 2 weeks) Nolvadex - every day, week 15-18.

Test e should be injected at least twice a week. Deca has a much longer Ester and you have it eod, twice a week is fine. Prami needs to be taken every day I believe. Hcg shouldn't be part of pct because it's suppressive. Start pct 2 weeks after last injection.

Cycle needs work man. Why would you pin Test E once a week and then pin Deca, which is a longer ester, EOD? You need to pin Test E at least twice a week. You can pin Deca at the same time, twice a week. Keep it simple. 9 weeks of Deca is a waste in my opinion, that's a long ester and its barely kicked in by the time you cut it out. You don't want to cut Adex out and not run any AI through your pct. That's asking for rebound. Run your AI through your pct. HCG is not part of a pct. It mimics LH so it's used leading up to pct to kickstart your testes. Using it during pct is counterproductive. PCT is also incomplete. Clomid and Nolva is best ran together. The whole thing needs work bro. What are your stats? Age, height, weight, bf%? Goals for the cycle? Have you used these compound before?

hey bro... you can't really call yourself an intermediate steroid user when you dont know how to run a proper pct, you dont have your dosing right on many things, your not running compounds the right length etc... not only is your pct very incomplete but you NEVER run HCG in pct... its the worst thing you could ever do... deca nine weeks makes NO SENSE whatsoever... its a very long ester... thats a waste...

what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat? cycle history? goals from the cycle?
 
Thanks for feedback. So what PCT plan would you recommend? Also what's an appropriate duration for deca use?

There's too any problems with this to even comment on, but the biggest one is you are using HCG in pct. that is about the worst thing you could do.

Before we go further what is your full stats, experience, and goals?
 
I've had a 6 month injury so I have lost a lot. I'm really looking to gain muscle mass.

Around 15% body fat
Look my experience isn't GREAT. I've been using for about 4 years but not really consistently, looking to start using seriously now, hence the poorly constructed cycle which I was expecting and hoping for criticism and corrections.

dont worry about that bro... your supposed to ask questions but when you say your an intermediate user then its expected to be put together much better... its all good man.. im here to help... i need to know what compounds you have used in the past... how many cycles etc... how long have you been back in the gym? how many years of training? if your already 15% body fat, the last thing you want to do is run dbol here man.. thats going to just add more unwanted weight and at 15%, thats terrible... you want clean weight that you can actually maintain...
 
I don't like the cycle nor do I like your experience. No offense. You are 24 and have been using gear for 4 years and you're 175 coming off an injury? Bro what's up with that. First I would suggest get back into the swing of things naturally. Gain some weight and focus on diet. Tighten up a bit. Then get on a warms bulking stack. I wouldn't suggest anabolic for you at this time honestly. I think your cycle and pct is poorly laid out and your cycle is overboard in my opinion. But I am a very conservative person.
