Hello Dylan let me get started by saying I love the videos very informative and have given me a lot to think on.

I'm 41 years old and have been lifting since I was 20ish on and off but the last 5 years have been serious after quite a break. I train 3-4 times per week. I'm currently 13.4 stone with my body fat guessing 12-13%. I have run a few cycles now probably 10 in my entire life two of which were last year. I ran a cut cycle for 10 weeks in test c at 500mg and mast at 400mg per week. I wouldn't say I gained much just finished of what I have and ended up at 12.10 pretty lean 10% I would say. I ran a pct for 5 weeks two weeks after my last shot, that was tamoxifen high then tapering down. I then ran a bulk I suppose you could call it similar but front loaded with some d Bol and ate in a surplus.

Here's where I'm at, I have a very similar build to Christian Guzman 6 ft etc very thin wrists and angels. I have been blessed with terrible legs to despite trying them two times per week. I quite confident in say I don't think I'm far if my natural potential, nothing really changes from year to year now if you know what I mean, I eat at a surplus I get stronger but gain fat around the mid, cut I loose size and strength and feel dreadful.

I'm thinking about maybe running trt, I had my test levels taken years ago and was in the normal range according to the doctor although it was at the lower end of the scale.

Other option is to run cycles as this is a big part of my life and I enjoy the gym and take it serious along with a good diet and not drinking alcohol.

I'm just looking to move forwards and I'm not sure what to do. I have run no anabolics now for 11 months but have run a bit of ostarine.

Tbh I just want to make some small gains I don't to be huge but most importantly want to stay healthy and make good recovery from whatever I do. As you know it gets harder the older you get and I'm no spring chicken.
 
next time don't put stones in here please. put Pounds. 187 lbs. which 187 at your height is tiny. you don't need steroids.

well first of all bro, a cutting cycle of 500mg test and mast 400mg is a bad cycle. I would never run test at 500mg if I was cutting. and mast is useless at your level of bodyfat %. 10 weeks is also too short. what do you mean "i wouldn't say I gained much"?? I thought it was a cutting cycle, why are you trying to GAIN on a cut? on a Cut you want to preserve muscle and Shred fat. your PCT is incomplete, just using nolvadex wont help you recover properly from being shut down. you needed to use Clomid. and aromasin to help prevent estrogen build up.

front loading with DBOL?? bro come on. what else did you run besides dbol?

something tells me you are nowhere NEAR Christian guzmans build. I'm not sure what "6ft etc" means.

nothing changes probably because your diet sucks. you BULK and gain stomach fat because your diet sucks and you probably don't train properly for hypertrophy. then you cut and lose size and strength because your diet, training, and PCT suck. 3-4 times a week training is not enough bro, sorry. if you hit the gym 3 times a week, that is a beginner status.

if you run TRT then your doctor needs to prescribe it. don't make that decision yourself just because you feel like it, that's dumb.

I would not recommend steroids to you at all right now bro. You just are not in the right condition for them. Also I would not recommend putting yourself on TRT. That's not smart at all. You need bloodwork to see where everything is and if it's needed do it under a doctors care.


for your goals, steroids don't really make sense. It makes much more sense to go with sarms which are perfect to help you gain lean mass and strength, as well as providing excellent hea.ing and recovery abilities with fat loss and endurance benefits.

For your goals, I'd recommend the following cycle from www.sarmsx.com

You must have miss read. I finished off what I had built quite nicely, filled out a little whilst shredding the fat. So all in all good results.

No 4 weeks D Bol and that was my second cycle I then ran that 2nd with similar injections.

Exactly that, 6ft tall and same sort of genetics as him, ie thin wrist, ankles etc, he is also between 170-190.

I was discussing this is what happens when I do it without drugs. I eat in a clean surplus I do get stronger but do add an inch or so around my waist.

Cut without drugs and of corse you loose size and strength.

Ok granted, I would look into blood work first. Here in the UK, not so easy. Like I said I was told I was at the low end 400 and something, it was some time ago I don't remember.

i understand and appreciate where you are coming from but you can't just start trt just because bro... your body fat is also too high for mast to be fully effective.. it really needs to come down in that 10 % and under range..

lets get the trt issue addressed first... you need to get bloodowork that is current and then post it so i can analyze it and give you the proper guidance moving forward... once you get the bloodwork, let me know and i can help you with what to do next...
 
I total understand I would not jump on trt without that, it would be madness. I have managed to source a company that does this for me online. Cost of about £100.

I agree on the mast I ran it with the test for the anti e properties only, I had read it is good for that, it was of course run with my ai that was a 0.5 every other day, I found that worked nice with me.

Like my original post before the keyboard warriors chirped up was I'm looking to try and move on and do that safe as possible, weather that be nice safe mild cycles or trt if blood work was telling me so.

I have really enjoyed my two ostarine cycles I have run with no sides, labido crashes.

Think my next step is bloods see where I'm at and if I'm not ready for trt I might try some other sarms as kindly mentioned above.

I really don't like the thought of cycling on and off all the time my age bring the main reason, I just don't recover as well as if I where 20-30.

unfortunately, as we age, the recovery is just not what it was bro... im not telling you anything you dont already know, you see it first hand, fuck we all do... also, just keep in mind that while mast DOES have AI properties, you should not really use it for that.. if you want some extra help then go with proviron for that... you should be fine if you just run aromasin but im all for proviron on every cycle..

Tell me about it, it all go downhill at 40.

I did run aidex with my last two cycles, just to be on the safe side.

I've been off for nearly 12 months now. Bloods is the way forwards, agree.
