Starting trt and sarm at the same time?

I have already been diagnosed twice with low t. Also 485 is my total t not free t which is what is most import.ive already been told I have secondary hypogonadism by 2 different doctors. When I was 21 my total t came back at 381. Tell me how 381-485 with a range up to 1197 and being 29 year old is not low? And having all these symptoms are normal?!
No appetite
Muscle weakness
Exhausted
Always tired
Cold, and hot sweats
No sex drive
No errections
Loss of sensitivity in errection
Hard to ejaculate
Weakness
Insomnia
Hard to recover after getting sick
Feeling of heart beat
Feeling of to much adrenaline
Nervousness
Uneasy feeling
Irritable
Forgetfulness
Foggy Brain
Weight loss

sleep deprivation can cause all of those, just for one example. (apnea, hyper vigilance, etc)

Your t is not low at all and well within normal ranges.

Once again, your only focused on my total t and not free t.

once again your lack of understanding is shoking
as I've already told you...and you choose to ignore

1. reduc your SHBG...it will dramatically increase your free test
(your free test is still within the reference...on the low end...but still in normal range)

2. Using exogenous testosterone to raise your serum total ...will not necessarily provide a significant increase in your free test

you obviously have little to no understanding of the relation ship between the two...

again...Im done...you dont want facts...you don't want to learn
you are grasping at straws to justify your desie to solve all your problems with trt..

good luck to you...Im done

It's unnecessary to educate people that don't want to be educated. This has been attempted million times in the history and always failed.
I know you guys want the best for this guy, but it's impossible to help someone who doesn't want to be helped.

Good luck to you, you'll feel sorry one day for not listening to these people who actually want to help you.

I do understand the relationship between shbg and free test. I've also read that dosing one injecting once a a week instead of every 3.5 days or even everyday like some men of trt can lower you shbg and raise free test. Your so stuck on "still being within normal range" that you can get past of some one who wants to be in an "optimal" range. If you go any any reputable trt/hormone website like excelmale or peaktestosterone you will see this. Also not one person has answered my original question. I didn't come here and ask if you think I should be on trt or not. I'm letting my doctor, which kind you one of the lead clinics in the United States decide what is going to be the best treatment, in just trying to plan ahead of fine. Thanks but no thanks for your time.

peak testosterone and reputable says enough... good luck man... you dont listen...

If I don't listen it's because it's not making logical sense to me. If I have a total testosterone level of 485 at its highest, (my blood was taken at 7:30am) which all that testosterone is bound to my shbg and other things. It's not free floating around to do what it needs to do, and a bio available testosterone level of 192ng/dl ( and a range from 131-682) then that doesn't any bit of sense how I have "normal" testosterone levels. Especially with all my symptoms I've posted, and my lh being anywhere from 1.8-2.1 with a range of 1.8-12.4. Is is within range? Yes, is it "normal for a 29 year old" no. So if you could explain to how that is normal then I'm all ears. Also still, no one has answered my original question. And I have actually listens to you before Dylan. When I was on trt a few years ago from my doctor and arimadex was making me sick and you told me to try aromisin from sarmsx, that's it's exactly what I did with the dosage you told me and it worked. So I do listen. But if you just tell me I'm normal with no facts or references then I call bullshit.

calling me bull shit... ok... first of all, i never said anything about it, i let others help you and watched your responses but your last comment set me off etc... you do what you want.. you call ME bull shit though? okay dude... GOOD LUCK!

I wasent calling you personally bullshit Dylan. I do have respect for you. I'm calling bullshit on telling me something without any facts or references to back up a statement. im all ears if some one can show me some links on data to show me I'm "normal" is taking sarms or steroids "normal" to most people, no. That's all I'm saying.

Jp yea I was on trt a few years ago. Prescribed by a doctor, along with hcg. I was feeling good and was able to finally have sex with my wife again and actually have a life with her. It was a Hollistic type doctor, into natural remedies ect. I couldn't afford to pay out of pocket any more. So I went to an endocrinologist that my insurance covered. He took me off trt cold turkey to do blood work. My total t came back at 371 and my free t lower then it ever was (which I knew would happen) and he said I'm fine despite all my symptoms and sent me on my way. This was over the course of some months. I was able to afford paying out of pocket again due to a better job so I went back to the original doctor who put me on trt. Things were going good but Unfortunately my estrogen skyrocketed and I was prescribed arimadex. It made me extremely sick. The doctor pretty much have me the cold shoulder as they wouldn't prescribe me aromisin or any other type of ai. I tired experimenting with different dosages and protocols on injecting once a week to 3 times a week. That's when Dylan mentioned liquidaro which is what I used and it did lower my estrogen but I was tired of doing things illegally so I stopped. So since age 21-22 I began to have symptoms and the older I got the worse they got. This is a very sensitive subject for me personal so to be told I'm "normal" really makes my blood boil. So I appolgize for any disrespect. The past 7 years have been hell for not only me but my wife. I'm 29 and can't enjoy my life or have sex with my wife.

going off trt with no pct was a very uninformed plan.

Get used to being called normal, its a medical definition. Yell and scream all you want, but you cant change it and every doctor knows it, or looks it up in the same place.

Although as I stated earlier above, your symptoms are not specific to only low t, which is what everyone here is trying to tell you.

I can respect that. I've had so many things tested that I can't even remeber them all. Even was checked for a brain tumor. The only thing that I've been told by 3 doctors is low t. One dr at 22 who said I was low but nothing he could do because of how young I was, then a again a few years ago who treated me but that didn't work out for reasons explained above, and then a few months ago from a specialist it Oregon. And now I have my appointment with defy medical on the 15th who noted that from igf1 is low but more testing would need to be done to know for sure. Which I've looked into mk677 if I do have low igf1 because sermorline from what I've gathered is very expensive and not all that great. And when I was on trt I felt much better then I ever have in my life until my estrogen issues.

Here's kind of where I rally against the medical definition.

If you have been PROPERLY diagnosed, ruled out all the other things, and still feel like shit. The usual protocol is to give the patient clomid, and see how they feel in 4 weeks. Personally I'd take tongkat ali as well.( I do, and at 60 my test is 600). This is a diagnostic, before going on trt. If you feel better, its low t. If not, then its something else.

Everyone is different. Some people feel fine in the low 300, others feel like shit. I had my test knocked to 116 and I guarantee I'll never let that happen again, ever. But at 176 I was knocking plates like sorority sisters at college.

Ultimately its how you feel. But you are stuck on numbers right now, when you need to concentrate on how you feel, and make sure all other avenues are covered first. Before I'd go on trt I'd have the best endo look everythign ,test everything, proper diagnostics (like above), then its trt time. But its not going to raise your numbers substantially, as ball park will be around 700-800.

I've never heard of tongkat, I'll have to do research on that. Clomid I'm not a fan of because I have higher shbg and clomid will raise that. I've been to 2 endos and countless pcp. I chose to try defy medical and dr saya because he is one of the leading hormone/anti aging doctors in the country. I'm tired of of ducking around and still feeling like shit. Which is an understatement. As long as I can feel healthy that's all my goal is. If that means eating horse shit to have a life with my wife then that's what I'd do.
