Hey i'm preparing for a show in april so after a mini cut during January i will be using either an 8 week cycle of RAD or 12 week of LGD. My problem here is thar spring break occurs during about the 9th week while i'm on cycle, and i'm going to fort lauderdale with my fraternity. So my question is...would it harm me to PCT during spring break and not work out for a week, or should i start my cycle later and than just not be on cycle for a week during spring break.
